A visit to KFC involves encountering a dedicated team, both in the drive-through and in-store. The team in this store were really awesome and very hospitable. If I could rate the service a 10 - I totally would. The food was hot and d*** good. However, the chicken can sometimes be way over cooked, too crunchy and too crispy, including the Chicken Tenders. There can be technical issues, with only one fryer working and no fries available. Despite this, customers appreciate the hot and delicious food and the very professional and happy staff who are good at talking to customers.
