Everything I ordered was disgusting. The food was cold and hard. Tried the new tenders and they’re too tough and they didn’t even put any of the com back sauce or kfc sauce in my box. I can’t eat these tenders due to how hard they are it’s basically stale same for the wedges that they recently brought back. This location won’t be getting any money from me again. First and last time. I’ll do Popeyes like I originally intended to do.

went through the drive through- ordered a 3 piece tenders and kids tenders, they told me it would be a 6 minute wait for the tenders- okay. so i pay pull to the front finally 15 minutes later my food is ready after i go inside to get it, just to come home and have a hair in the first thing i open!

I went to the mens room and saw all I need to know about this place. The mens bathroom was beyond nasty and the soap dispenser didnt work neither did the hand dryer. Translation no one is washing their hands here. Stay away.

Came to the store today after a 2-hour road trip to visit my mother-in-law. Mr. Rod was so nice and gave me all the options and choices for a 16-piece meal for a family dinner with me, my husband, and his family. He provided great customer service and explained which sauces to choose for my order of potato wedges. Thank you, Mr. Rod, for your service.

As I mentioned earlier, the restaurant was a spotless establishment. In fact, I felt very comfortable sitting there for a few hours while I did some business paperwork, charged my cell phone, and no one bothered me. I paid for a meal. The only problem was that the bathroom was missing hand soap, and the hand dryer was not working. I brought this to the attention of the assistant manager or the Junior manager. I'm not sure if he took any action, but I pointed out how unsanitary it was not to have soap in the bathroom for either customers or employees.

Ordered on Uber eats. 2 3 piece meals with mash and gravy. Extra crispy. Got original. Ordered sweet tea, got lemon something??? Ordered the chocolate peanut butter little bucket, did not get at all. Ordered 2 honey BBQ legs, did not get them either. Please if you want everything you order, don't order from here.
At 8:45 PM I was at the restaurant ordering food through the drive-through and I was told they don’t have enough chicken for my order. The order consist of six piece honey barbecue wings combo and an additional 12 piece spicy wings.
