The past 2 times the visit has been disappointing. The chicken both times was way over cooked. Too crunchy. To crispy. Chicken Tenders. No fries available during 1 visit. Only had 1 fryer working. No one seemed to know what they were doing or might be in training. No team work viewed.

I went there at 5:30 at night to order dinner They had no pot pies and they had no white meat extra crispy available. I left without ordering anything. During a dinner time not to have basic menu items I doubt I'll return to this location.

Drove to this KFC since the one close to home was really slacking. The team in this store were really awesome. If I could rate the service a 10 - I totally would. Ajay, Big Porsche & Teddy were very hospitable, the food was hot, we did not wait long and the restaurant was very clean. Do yourself a favor and get the app to take advantage of the deals and rewards. Enjoy!

She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve the error. Good customer service makes a significant difference. The pot pies were FRESH and delicious! Thank you.
