I wish I could give no stars! The service was terrible. Waitress did ask us about refills, napkins or any bare essentials for dining in. We ordered a ceasar salad, and veggie burger w/onion pedals that took an hour to make. We were not told of a wait or issues. The food was not good. The onion pedals were full of grease and the batter tasted stale. The burger was not tasty and very dry! The only thing good about the salad was the 5 peices of chicken strips on the top. Terrible di I g experience in Jax.

The beer the server recommended was so bad, we asked for a different beer, we only took 2 sips. The server said they can’t replace it and that the beer was so bad they had to get rid of it. The food was terrible. Just really poor quality and expensive .They also charge you 20% tip after 10 which our server never mentioned. It’s written on the very back of the menu on the bottom (didn’t ever see it) Just a overall bad experience and really feel like we should have been told there is an automatic 20% gratuity added. We definitely won’t ever come back.

The atmosphere is absolutely unique. I loved the pennies on the wall. Our server was amazing. Unfortunately the menu was extremely DISAPPOINTING!! We had a hard time choosing because the menu choices were horrible. They offered Red Barron frozen pizza on thier menu. I ordered chicken Cordon Bleu. The dish was not balanced. Chicken was not breaded. It was slimy and laid on a bed of ham with cheese melted on top swimming in a pool of unidentified cream sauce. Mashed potatoes were gooey. The entire entree was Luke warm and came on separate tacky plastic flatware. I had stomach issues the next day. My dog did also after eating leftover take home portions aka diarrhea. I will not be revisiting this place unless they redo the menu.

Kickbacks has the Monte Cristo which was a fan favorite at Bennigan's when they were alive. This place is so amazing! Three floors and every beer you can think of a side from a stocked liquor selection. Food is phenomenal. 20 TVs to watch everything under the sun. 5 STARS!!!

Went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The place was dead. What previously used to be a fun place now should really just be closed. The entire restaurant smelled like an old wet mop, the booth we were sat in had a sticky substance throughout the entire seat. The host was miserable and did not want to be there. My husband and I got the lumpia which was average at best. I ordered wings and he ordered a hamburger. The wings came with dirty celery. My husband ended up hugging the toilet for hours. Keep in mind this was the only thing consumed all day, so yes, we attribute the vomiting and nausea to the food served here. Sad but has lost its charm.
Came in and ate. The atmosphere was amazing , my server lynette was awesome she gave us a tour of downstairs the party room, the locker room everything was so awesome. Will definitely be back. 💯
