Not real impressed with the service I received. I asked to have my food heated. It was not. I ordered online to save time, but did not start on the order until i arrived. request to have it warmed had to ask three times. Refused to give me the 10% discount on both orders filed to give me napkins and utensils I will not be coming back.

Crabs are always good here but if you like Spicey you have to say extra cause crab seasoning is not that hot
Food is overpriced, quality is not that fresh always fishy smelling no matter what day you go! I hate when they go into these areas and overcharge because of lack of transportation & feed our people in a way the would never serve things on other sides of town. Yet we are the people that keep them operating!

My first visit will be my last. The decor and prices had me anticipating a much better dining experience than I had.My appetizer choice was raw oysters. They were excellent, as was my Crab/Shrimp Combo. The service was poor. The drinks we ordered from the bar, 30 mins prior to the serving of our entrée , came after our meal was served and the sweet tea we specifically ordered and asked to have with our meal, didn't come until we asked 3 times for it. The bar drink was incorrectly made as well as watered down. When we tried to return the disgusting drink, we were denied. We had to ask for : essential seafood utensils, the crab cracker, and poker; condiments, lemons, and seafood sauces.It was such a shame for the wonderful food to be overshadowed by an inattentive server, an inept mixologist, and a poor manager. I wouldn't recommend you waste your evening !The parking was difficult as well.
Parking: Not enough spots ,too far from the restaurant door.

Our go to when we leave Florida going home
When I am in the Jacksonville area, I always stop by to get a tray or two of garlic blue crabs. Love it when they have the jumbo crab tray.
