This was an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I ordered food and paid online via Door Dash for our office lunch. I get the notification that our order will be ready for pickup at 1:25. I show up on time to pick up our food and the doors are locked. A guy comes out and immediately gets an attitude with me that they're not open, even though their sign is lit up with their hours saying they open at 11 and the "open" sign on. I explain that I ordered food and he basically told me to eff off and that he won't refund me, that I have to go through whatever service I ordered through. Which happened to be Door Dash but they're not showing any orders. In the email it said to call this number for "order help". (See pic) I called and he picked up and says "I told you to call door dash, not the restaurant!" This man was BEYOND rude. I cannot believe how he just treated a potential customer. I understand that Door Dash needs to be the one to refund, but the way he talked to me was wildly inappropriate. I would never go back to this place if this is how they treat people. DISGUSTING attitudes.

After a really long day of mine. I’m very pissed right now. I ordered a large container of hummus when I went to take a second bite I saw mold and a bug on the cucumber. I asked my friend to take a look at it to make sure I wasn’t tripping. And he confirmed he saw it too. Never ordering from here again that was a waste of my $11.99… this place has a good rating so I’m actually very upset by this.after I called and complained they told me “don’t order from here anymore” i explained I saw a bug on the cucumber and mold they just said “remove it” and I asked for a refund and they stated that “they don’t care bye they are closed” I don’t feel respected and that really is terrible customer service. And yes this place with a 4.6 review has bad customer service.
I only have a few words to describe our experience: amazing, incredible, tasteful, delicious. The service was great and the food, OMG you have to try the hummus (I recommend having the medium or large appetizer platter so you can try a little bit of everything to start) and the Kofta you won't regret it

This place is amazing. The food is delicious. We had the baba ganoush with puffy bread, doner, adana chicken, fries, beef shish, tiramisu, and carrot cake. The rice and cabbage sides were good, too. The service was excellent. Great place!

If you are looking for authentic Turkish cuisine this is the place. Food was outstanding, service matched and my wife was able to practice her Turkish. Will definitely be back next time we are I.

This is our third time coming in to Kofta. The food is probably the best Turkish food in the city. The fist time we came in, we were so surprised at how delicious everything was. The suçuk pide was out of this world. Their manti is also a favorite. The staff are incredibly kind and seem to always be smiling. I hope this restaurant stays around for a very long time.

My wife and I went to this restaurant, because we wanted to try it out. Let me tell you, it didn't disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, and tasty. The service was great...very friendly. If you want great food and service we highly recommend Kofta cuisine.
This is, without question, the best Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurant within 100 miles. Their funny little donut shaped falafels are PERFECTION. The puffy bread (how the menu calls it) is crispy and soft and hot, the hummus is creamy and delicious, and the pides are so full of good stuff it's impossible to finish a whole one.
Right now we are the only clients in here and that is a damned shame because this place deserves to have lines out the door every night. They've only been open a year. Don't let them close! It would be a travesty. We will be back as often as possible.
