The lady that took our order kept on leaving us to talk to other people and she was very rude to my little sister and didn't allow her to order her meal. Food was sorta decent, but I don't think I'll find myself coming here again -- Edit: after reading some more reviews, the lady that was rude to us is apparently the owner... embarrassing

The owner is something else. Apparently if your not Korean your not capable of picking out your own food there. She was making little comments the whole time I was trying to order as if I can't read the English words on the menu. Other cultures enjoy pork belly, also, not just yours. Was hoping the food would have been good considering how proud she was of her Korean heritage. It was some stuff too slaty, then some bland. The kale pancakes were like they were soaked in grease. Most of the food went in the garbage. I definitely won't be back. Wouldn't even try to explain to someone with such a nasty attitude.

**** Save Your Hard Earned Money ****I want to let you know that this was the worst dining experience I have had since the COVID pandemic. I was sat down by the owner and he just walked off and went to talk to another table about a “Korean movie that is playing on the 13th at Regal” and tickets are $15.00 and you can buy them from him.I took 10 min before someone ask if I wanted something to drink, come to find out that was his wife the owner also. After I received my Coke I sat another 20 min before she finally took my order. The restaurant only had 4 tables of people. The issue was they were more concerned about selling tickets to a movie than serving their customers. As I sit her typing this review at the table I still have not been checked back on and have been out of drink for 10 min.I am always pro-Restaurant because I know how hard they are to own and run.THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY RESTAURANT I HAVE BEEN TO IN YEARS!!I am really really surprised that this place can keep the doors open.Do your self a favor and visit a different local restaurant that wants your business!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! $41.00 to be treated like my business didn’t matter……!!!UPDATE….. She took my money and my glass is still empty!

It took 10 min before someone ask if I wanted something to drink, come to find out that was his wife, also an owner. After I received my Coke I sat another 20 min before she finally took my order. I had to ask for a menu because the QR code on the table was half missing and she acted like it was a burden to bring me a menu. The restaurant only had 4 tables of guest. The issue wasn’t that they were busy…… the husband was 100% more concerned about selling tickets to a movie than serving their customers. As I sit her typing this review at the table I still have not been checked back on since my food came out, and it did come out in a timely manner, and I have been out of drink for 10 min. Went here Sunday for Lunch. Food was good but not great. I got the bulgogi and just a little disappointed especially with the price since it was $24.99 and it came with the bulgogi and steamed rice, for me it was a little bit overpriced especially for lunch menu. but the service was good! there were 2 ladies and I know she speaks fluent Korean which was very cool!

Visited this place on a Sunday afternoon based on some social media hype. Got there and all it was, was hype for real. Don't let the high rating on yelp/google fool you. We arrived and waited 10 mins to get seated while a little Yorkshire terrier dog came out of the kitchen to calmly greet us (no joke) - health code much?!Finally got seated by the ONE waiter who also acted as host and bus boy. He sat us down at a standard table but we were there for BBQ (cook ourselves at the table). Waited another 10 mins and told the flustered waiter that we're moving to a different table to cook ourselves.Waited another 15-20 mins and realized this place is a joke and a scam. The menu didn't even show where you can order your own meat to cook. After 35-40 mins of sitting and waiting without so much as a drink order, we left. Spidey senses were sure tingling when the young Korean group next to us waited 20 mins just to get their bill (they were already finished when we sat down).AVOID AT ALL COSTS - y'all have been warned. i honestly don't know how they stay in business...

Really overpriced for what it is. They were polite and friendly but there’s other BBQ places.
