Cassat ave location ,asked to secure a dz strawberry donuts ,they absolutely would not , they said they are alway available, they are not and weren't available when we got ther at 10 in the morning.,also why do you have to have 5 dz donuts before you can order on line. We took our business to 103rd location ,who had the dz strawberry donuts waiting for us ,very happy, friendly team, they are further from me but they will be where I go from now on,

Need more parking and better flow in the drive thru. People were backing out of the parking lot into a busy street because it was so congested.

Came here on Christmas Eve an hour and 15 minutes prior to their closing time. The person servicing the drive thru had a terrible attitude. The service was so subpar which resulted in us leaving without making a purchase. Won’t return.
Just got home from a long workday and being stuck in 5:00pm traffic on I-10 and sadly 6 of my dounuts are wrong and I was charged 50 cents for each specialty donught which was not in my box The drive thru cashier placed the correct order but whomever filled the order did not pay attention. So disaapointed... I Stay too far to go back to correcct my order. Please do a better job when preparing your orders and pay attention to what the customer is requesting.
This was my first time frequenting this establishment and never again! I went to the drive through and asked for a dozen assortment. I got 6 of the same chocolate Bavarian cream, 2 of the raspberry filled, and 4 original glazed that were smashed. I didn’t think telling the worker how to do her job was necessary but then again it’s Krispy Kreme. I assumed they would serve how they advertise, an assortment being 12 of the most popular donuts. This experience was AWFUL!
