Came by at 9 PM absolutely no donuts in the window‼️ They only had sprinkles chocolate and strawberry and original that we could pick from‼️ and on a Saturday night not impressed‼️ 😞

I wish I could say we had better service. We came through the drive thru and my husband was asking about a coupon we had just received in the mail. The woman working at the drive thru gave him a lot of attitude when he wanted to use the coupon. Two of our donuts were wrong as well. Donuts are always delicious just wish you had better and friendlier service.

Ordered donuts for pick up and got the wrong ones. I was told they were raspberry. All the store had was original and apple filled. What happen to the other donuts? And the apple filled was barely even filled. Very upset about the quality donuts and service

I brought some donuts here on Saturday morning on November 21st payed $ 16..00 dollars for them only to get to work and open box and find that.all the donuts were burnt not eatable thanks Krispy Kreme for bad donuts and more less stealing my money.

Every time I come in here there is never a baker for the cashier. The cashier takes an order and then has to fill their own order. It backs the line up and takes way too long. Whatever system you guys have at this location isn’t working. While standing in line, the phone just kept ringing too. No one bothers to answer. It needs to be fixed
They were out of 3 types of donuts & it took them 10 minutes to make caramel frappe....smh

National Donut day celebration, they were given free donut to customer. BOGO free for Glazer donut when order another 1 dozens.
All the staff are helpful and have good services.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but unfortunately this really set me off.
First off, the donuts were really good. No complaints on any of the food stuff, except that they (rudely) told me they didn’t have lattes and I’d mobile ordered one. I believe stock needs to be updated per store, but I digress.
What really threw me off was the service. I am a very patient person with customer service employees because I am one and have been one in 2 previous jobs. I am friendly to them.
I came in for my birthday to get myself some donuts as a treat, and my sister ordered a latte. When I got to the store, the woman working near the actual checkout (veteran’s day, 11/11/2025 around 11:45am) was quite literally huffing, puffing & rolling her eyes at every single customer. I understand veteran’s day is busy and they must be stressed, but the entire time I was speaking to her about my mobile order and asking her what they had available that I could replace the out of stock latte with (which she rudely told me they didn’t have - “no lattes. yeah, no lattes.”), she was just rolling her eyes and sighing and begrudgingly walking to other staff members to ask them what was available. I don’t mind having to replace my items! My sister didn’t mind, we went with a chiller instead and it was good. But I don’t appreciate people rolling their eyes and giving me an attitude when I’m being nice and simply speaking to them.
The donuts and chiller were good, the flavor was amazing. But some of the employees, especially her, need to be trained in customer service and how to talk to customers, specifically ones who are being respectful and thanking you. Again, I do not say this lightly. I’m not a Karen, I am just a 23 year old girl who also works customer service. I am very patient but not when you’re outright rude to every customer in line. Please tell some employees to check their attitudes.

If you look at EVERY review left, you see the exact same reply message. How pathetic. I don’t know why I’m bothering.
This location never has stock. Three separate occasions several of the basic options were out. The window attendant needs customer support training. It appears they hire warm bodies with zero personality or common sense. Businesses simply don’t care about customer service anymore unless it’s negative, caught on tape and placed on social media. Maybe next time.
Lady at window was nice and friendly! Their store was super busy so had to be respectful cause of the Veterans Day deal they were providing for the military!!! Thank you!!! Doughnuts were amazing!!! 😎 👍😁

Stopped here for a donut fix during our visit with our Navy Sailor at Mayport Naval Base. We arrived late afternoon and the place was not busy. The cashier was very cordial and took our order right away while ensuring we received fresh donuts. They were having a $2 second box sale, which was great.

They like to rush me like a burden and I came with a preorder. I feel super unwelcome. Why so short with me? This is something I hate from any place. Fast is good but I didn't get a bag and they didn't make sure I got my points. They had a line but the old white couple was given full attention. So I need to fit their description for sure. For the black staff, hell yeah I do. Black lady told me to go when I tried to ask for help.
