They should remove the drive thru as they will take care of every customer before one person at the drive thru is helped. Waited 35 minutes in a trapped drive thru for 3 doughnuts. Doughnuts were good though.

An insanely long wait—I stood in a huge line with my kids. There was no one at the register, lots of people, but only two employees working. This morning was terrible! After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided not to wait any longer and left without my order.

Went there because there’s a promo when you buy a dozen you get a second dozen for $2. Before picking my donuts, I showed Jose the promo and he said I’m good since I have it. After picking my donuts, Jose said the promo doesn’t work. He said my phone # is not working and I gave him my phone app to scan and apparently it doesn’t work. He instructed me to call corporate and the most discount he can bring down is $7 for the second dozen. I asked for a manager because I do not understand why he’s not honoring the promo when it’s on the app on my phone and he informed me he’s the manager. I feel like he’s lying because he seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Worst service ever. I left without buying anything.

Arrive at drive through just in time for 2 employees to be coming out back to smoke. A third is teasing them and continues to open the back door right at the speaker where I'm sitting . No one is talking on the speaker so I'm just waiting...not 1 of the 3 employees speak to me or mention the speaker is broken. They continue to smoke while I sit at speaker unaware it's not working ..there is no sign just silence. So after about 5 min I decide to pull to the window in hopes of an employee who wants to work..instead I'm met with an empty window ..no one in site...strange I think but I have no idea what's going on. Pull to the front and first thing I see is a young boy in lobby just chilling texting ferociously on his phone. So at this point I am irritated..what in the world is going on...these employees are not working at all... customers continue to pull to drive up and look lost as I felt. Literally no Interaction what so ever! Skip this location or be disappointed, they clearly do not care! Getting paid to stand out back and smoke, joke and text in lobby while customers wait is the game at this location!!

As this is our local Krispy Kreme we’ve been a lot, and we’ve had a full range of experiences. Most recently, our last two visits, we’ve had the pleasure of being served by Ari. Ari has been consistent with 5 star customer service. He is always polite, professional and always has a good attitude. We now say, “We hope Ari is working”, before we head over to this location.
