Every time I want a promotion or special donut, the service people seem like they don't know anything. They are not organized. Also, I ordered online pick-up, and they were rude. They didn't let me pick up my order! All pre-orders had to wait in the back of the line for others to select their donuts. Eliminates any benefits for pre-orders. I felt racially and age discriminated against by the servers. When ordering in-app the special eclipse donuts, my 12 ct solar eclipse donuts were auto swapped for the limited edition special dozen which is only 6 +6 glazed. I did not realize this until pickup seeing the selection and by then I was too frustrated to address anymore with the clueless and annoyed to be working staff.

Waited 21 minutes with one car in front of us, we ordered 1 Dozen of Donuts, asked for napkins waited another 7 minutes, unreal poor service .
Stopped by this morning to pick up two dozen donuts on my way to work. I waited in line behind a pick-up truck for 15 minutes and when I finally got to the order window nobody even acknowledged I was there. I watched as a couple stood around still not saying a word to me. I left as I was on my way to work and went through Dunkin Donuts drive through.You must be very proud of your employees

Used the drive thru early afternoon today. Service was fast and friendly. My order was accurate. Food was fresh and tasted very good.
So I’ve only been to this Krispy Kreme once or twice before, but last time I went, I definitely had a weird experience. I walked in the store and it was very quiet, all of the workers were staring at me but nobody said anything. I had to be the one to start the conversation and the cashier was barely even talking. The energy was very weird, I do remember liking the donuts though.
