Huge difference from the quality from this poor location and the other location on San Jose. I’ll take the extra time to drive to San Jose for fresh products and cleaner facilities. It’s a shame.

Miesha was rude and disrespectful. She rushed me while I was placing my order, and when it was time to pay, she dropped my card on the ground and forgot to give me my receipt. When I asked for the receipt, I also requested her name. Instead of responding kindly, she had an attitude and asked, "Is it because I dropped your card?" I needed her name for the receipt, and if I had received the receipt from the start, I wouldn't have needed to ask for her name at all. When the manager arrived to address the situation, nothing was resolved.

I used to love this location. We are a military family & no matter where we are stationed at we find a location that we love. My husband & I bring our children here often. We order online & pick up in the drive thru. Today we ordered the BOGO (Buy One Dozen, Get one for $1) total $16 on the app. & redeemed points for a specialty doughnut. I approached to counter to get our order. The short white lady accused of us lying about a $16 order. I showed her the order & email, even after showing her proof she wanted to argue & became combative saying that’s not what we ordered & we’re only getting one box. I told her no, we ordered the BOGO. She told me to cancel the order & since we were already in the store, we shouldn’t have ordered online we should’ve ordered with her. At this point I ended the conversation with her & asked for manager. I’m a grown woman, you are not going to tell me what I should & shouldn’t do. I showed him the same exact receipt for $16 & he tried to explain to her how to read the receipt. Heck, she was even rude to him, not listening & turning her back. All of this over $16 makes no sense at all! She never apologized or anything. The original glaze is $14.49 the BOGO is $16.00. The way it is set up on the app., you don’t add 2 different boxes. It’s already preset for you. How does she work there & not know nor understand the current promotions. I attached our order to this review!

Well, I guess I won’t get my birthday donuts this year, the worst part is they couldn’t void the charges for whatever reason, after 20 minutes of showing her the reward in the app, the email everything, I ended leaving and they threw the donuts away😂 I think it was more an attitude issue than follow the rules. Avoid this store.

Put in and paid for an online order for the seasonal donuts to pick up later. Went at the scheduled time and they were out of half of them. Personally I would think paying ahead of time for an in stock item reserves it for you but they disagree.

I had called corporate and they said that I could use my email for my rewards and when I went into Krispy Kreme they said they could not and I wasted a drive.
