Don’t give this place your business, waited in line an hour just to be told they have nothing but plain glazed, the staff is rude, the service is slow. I have never left a review for anything before. I made a google account just to make sure everyone knows this place sucks.

What can you say the doughnuts are always amazing. The rewards on the app are great however when it comes to service that’s where you fall short. If I order through the app I expect my order to be ready when I get there. It is faster to just walk in and place your order since they usually don’t make it till you tell them you are there to pick it up.But hey if that’s my only complaint then good on you for still being great.

It has been a while since I have visited a Krispy Kreme, but this experience was terrible. We arrived inside the restaurant with two families in front of us. No one was being served. After about five minutes, someone showed up to assist us. By that time, the line had grown to at least six different families.When it was our turn, we tried to get a dozen glazed and a dozen classic assorted. The person handling our order indicated that they did not even have a dozen classic assorted. This was a first. It was 7:30 PM, but I would not expect them to be out.My wife asked them to give us specialty donuts for the same price. The supervisor said they would, but the person helping us acted like it would be an up charge.As they were ringing us up, they brought out a try of jelly filled. My wife asked about those, and the cashier said those were for online orders. We could also see several varieties next to the drive through.I felt like they did not do a great job of putting the customer first. By the end, I felt like the person helping us had an attitude. If they can tell people in the restaurant they are out, then they can do the same in the drive thru or online. It should be first come, first serve.

Krispy Kreme. Hot and Ready. The light was on. However the email krispy Kreme sent me with free rewards doesn't mention the need to download the app for a barcode in order to redeem the reward. Held the line up, but the young brother running the drive through register was very patient and helped me fumble with phone to download the app and reset my password in order to obtain the rewards barcode for a free 3 pack of Birthday Donuts. The Supervisor assisted with the transaction.Will definitely go back to this location. Fresh. Hot and ready.The app amd email promos could be improved upon.
