These chili cheese fries will make you want to slap your mom's. They're cheesy and chilli eeee. I recommend the chili cheese fries and the Krystal chix. The customer service here is great too, funny and kind.

I went here this evening (11/14/2025). Let me start by saying that Ms Victoria was the best. Her customer service was top notch. She was pleasant, friendly, and respectful. Also, the burgers were absolutely delicious. I had to make myself eating… LoL 😂 I will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Every once in a while, we crave a Krystal. Order thru app, pick up drive thru. Customer service was good and food was hot. Prices good when catch a deal. Craving satisfied.

We went through drive thru in Jacksonville the frys looked and tasted like the oil needed to be changed they were horrible I ordered my crystals with no onions they put onions and no pickles we were pulled up only car in drive thru which was fine but all that time for the wrong food. The chilli pup was good I just went across the street to Captain D's 25$ at crystals $4.65 at cap ds and their food was hot and good sorry I usually don't leave bad reviews but I mean🤔

Does the first week it was very late after midnight and I was a walk up because it's not far from me and let me walk through the drive-thru and was so polite and get me a super deal and we're very friendly!

I just bought a scrambler bowl. I asked for no cheese in my grits. Well guess what..it has cheese in my grits! There was also NO EGG in my grits. I called to complain and the woman that answered the phone HUNG UP IN MY FACE! But before she hung up and I complained she told me to bring it back tomorrow and it would be refixed! I told her I was hungry now, not tomorrow and that I wanted to speak to a manager. That's when she hung up in my face!

I placed my order online. When I arrived it wasn't ready. When I received my order and had left, something told me to check my order. SURPRISE it was wrong, yep I turned around and went back to get my order corrected. The employee was not very polite or seemed to care. When I arrived back at my hotel room I noticed the food was cold and stale. I haven't had Krystals in over a year and was really craving them and to get this was very disappointing.
First off let me just say I'm only giving them a one-star because they don't give me an option for 0. Start it off at the drive-thru with the drive-thru person with a complete attitude, reminded me of them not wanting to be at work that day. The food was nasty, over cooked, eggs were burned, bacon hard and grits were so runny that you could of slurped them with a straw, and the 3 eggs breakfast that my husband ordered did not come with the biscuit like the screen indicated it did. and we were given an attitude when asked for extra salt and pepper. Our roadie sweet tea we ordered came with lids that were too big and no one told us about this when we ordered. Now we are risking our outfits by trying not to spill our drinks on us. Worse $26.00 we have ever spent. Krystal, we want and deserve a refund!

Went in the morning... Took 20 min to cook some little Krystal Burgers.... And they were warm not hot when I got them.. Krystals use to be the spot..back in the days..but now.. Krystals is TRASH
