I ordered a sackful. The meat was grey, the onions tasted like sauerkraut, the buns were hard and the entire thing was cold. Wasted money and my stomach was upset after eating two.

I just love Krystal's just great. Convenient when I am hungry on a late night. Nikkita is such an amazing and all around sweet person,I love her personality and smile. And she helped me with my order yesterday at the Krystal's on Atlantic. The Cook Keenan made my order just how Like it. I am very grateful for them. Look forward to coming back.

Use to come here all the time but tonight will be my last time.. The food quality is bad every burger looked smashed I didn't realize it until I got home won't be coming anymore

By all means please avoid this location, for some reason after 10:00 pm the late shift can’t fix anything. Its always a shift change, or a 30 min wait. I would advise going to the one down the street on university..

Spent over 20 bucks for told no amen I asked for extra ketchup ale napkins as the lady was angry that I wouldn't drive around. And sit in the parking lot so I wouldn't run her clock out. However, there was no one behind me. No, one in line, no one inside, no one there. And I waited 15 minutes for my food. This is why she didn't want me sitting there running her clock out. So she became real nasty with me. And dumped a ton of salt on my fries after me saying no salt. White girl with a ponytail and tattoos all over her. I will be calling corporate and finding out who she is. You won't get away with that.

I don't know why it's so hard to get my order correct! The first time I've gone to Krystals in forever my order is totally wrong! I have to wait a long time for them to fix it when they said it would only be a short amount of time which is why I ordered what I ordered because I didn't have that much time and then they dropped my food bringing it out to me ,Which I understand mistakes or mistakes but then I had to wait for them to remake my order! Then I go back a second time An order a number five which is chicken krystals and ranch blasted fries and she handed me the bag and I drive off and I get all the way home to find five crystals in my bag and plain french fries! I'm like honestly really if you don't know how to take an order get out of the drive-thru!Yes i will be calling customer service care bc i dont even eat there burgers so its $16 wasted 😡
I love crystals, so when I go by one ( which fortunately isn't often) I have to stop and get some. It was my daddy that got me hooked on them and even that wasn't ofter because we were the only ones out of six that liked them. Then junior high the school was right behind Krystals. In other words, it brings back good memories
