If I could give negative stars I would. I went to this location 2 nights in a row to pick up doordash orders. Both nights I was told to just pull up and park and they would bring it out. The first night I did and they never came out so I just cancelled it. The second night I told them that I was told the exact same thing the night before and it was never brought out to me. The lady said she wasn’t working the previous night shift so she’d make sure it was brought out. Yeah right lol LIES. I sat and waited maybe 20-30 mins, watched numerous cars clear the line, got back in line, and got told the same thing for it to never be brought out. Just give delivery drivers their food at the window.

I ordered a small chilli and was surprised that it was almost $4. I haven't had their chilli since before it was removed from the menu. It was actually pretty good before, but it has an unusual, but not good taste now. Save your money and find something better to spend your money on.

For the first time in a long time, we ordered a sack full and some fries through Uber~Eats. We were pleasantly surprised by how hot and fresh everything was. Well done!

Girl ringing up was really rude stood talking on her phone for a few minutes then when she finally did take our order she rung it up wrong when I showed her y'alls menu she got rude again go at least twice a week but I will not be doing that anymore so no more krystals and no more rude employees I will take my money somewhere else and can't tell you what the food was like this time cause I refuse to spend my money at a place that is ok with the way the employees treat people and make us wait so they can take personal calls

We got the Sackful Combo 2 drinks 2 med fries and 12 burgers/sliders for $28. Fed my fam of 3 and have leftovers. I'm pretty sure the meat is like a vegan meat but it's very good. Fries are delicious but only came with 6 single fries in the medium they are bigger fries but wasn't too happy about that. Workers are always nice and friendly but the vibe isn't there. They do their job and don't go much further than that.
