I had door dash order at this location they had the lobby closed wasn’t even late didn’t assist to help me at all, forcing me to go through the drive thru making my order 30 min late. Very unprofessional I will never come back to this krystal this is the same one that was closed the past year for failing a inspection 🧐

Krystal is a top-notch restaurant with exceptional customer service. The drive-thru experience was fantastic, with polite and outgoing staff. The cheese krystals were hot and delicious. The staff at this Jacksonville location is consistently perfect, making it the best Krystal's in the area. The food is fresh and hot and service is quick. The Waffle egg and bacon breakfast sandwich is absolutely loved and so good. The tots are great and customer service was great. The kid at the window is extremely friendly and food is exactly as ordered.
