Ordered 24 Krystals, half with cheese, half with not. The cheese ones were cold, the regular had no mustard, pickles or onions. Most of the buns were soggy wet and three had mayo on them. Krystal corp, you need to check on your restaurants

It's occured to me that the employees at this location may not be able to read. Or they may have some against fries ,either way I never get my party fries and drinks that comes with the 24 pack bundle. I've actually ordered 2 extra orders of fries ,just so the order clearly states I want fries,and still don't get them. What's worse is I order thought Uber and I'm charged far more for these items than original cost,and am returned half the value of these items. It's the same if you order in-store as well,or sit in the drive thru for 30 mins to receive missing items. Either way the quality of service and product value doesn't equate to the price of the of the food any longer. After many of opportunities given ,I would have to advise folks to avoid this location.

We came at a time that wasn’t even as busy as it usually gets and the employee forgot what we ordered not once but twice…. Just be sure to check your order before pulling off and be prepared to repeat what you ordered at least 2-3 times

Zero Stars! Disgusting, sadly. The bread pictured is brown and literally wet from front to back. Too soggy to even attempt to eat. I actually got nauseated after seeing the bread. I had 4 cheese. The first 2 were smashed and a little soggy. But the other 2 were inedible. Fries were awful as well. I basically paid $14 for a med Strawberry Fanta.

Came here on my lunch break. The drive thru was not busy at all. The young lady taking the order was very nice and respectful. But without them being busy they were very slow. And they messed up my order. This location has gone down hill.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had to spit out the food, it was like it was cooked in dirty dishwasher. The drive through worker got in an argument with someone 2 cars ahead of me. Wasted $8 on unedible food.

Came through the drive thru last night and ordered a sack full of Krystals “with” extra Pickles & Onions. Upon getting home to eat, the Krystals were all smashed flat and no extra pickle and onions and the Krystals were bland and no flavor at all. The entire order was just gross. I tried to make contact with the location to make them aware and I normally dont call and complain over small mistakes but this was the entire order and things are expensive enough as it is and I was charged for the extra pickles and onions and no one answers the phones and it goes to a recording. We dont have but a couple Krystals left and when you get the taste for one and get home and they taste like they were cooked in water.. that is so disappointing. 😏

I wouldn’t give this place a star they are slow , rude , and flat out nasty the whole store needs to be torn down the ceilings are leaking water things are broken and never fixed the manager is very rude !!! They allow homeless people to sleep inside the store
