At this Pacific crystals they could learn to be more courtesy more respectful over the microphone when you give them order they're supposed to repeat it they never do and some emerges completely rude very unhappy but the the double crystals good so that's why I go they could just work on the management we really needs help.

I will no longer be going to this Krystal location. I was upcharged for a large drink and fry without my permission which is more money for them and now a sunriser combo only has 1 sunriser but when going to another location it includes 2. This location always seems to have issues.

It took 15 minutes before I could actually order. I ordered a medium sunriser combo. The hash browns was fresh the egg was slightly crispy, and I was given 1 ketchup packet. Don't understand why I was given Jam, or a whole gang of salt and pepper but I asked for more ketchup and was given 1 strawberry jam instead. I was asked what was I going to put ketchup up on like everything in my bag I can put ketchup on tf I'ma do with one. So if we order a medium hash or fry we definitely deserve more then 1 ketchup specially if we ask.

Ordered Krystal's from Grubhub. Last time I ordered here, waited an hour and a half (the store is less than a mile from my house) and they canceled the order at the last second.This time, ordered the 5 cheese Krystal's with chili cheese fries and a lemonade. Took a little over an hour, which isn't bad. But when it got here, the buns were stale and hard, got regular fries that tasted like yesterday's and they entirely missed the drink. Worst. Place. Ever.
