Honestly walked in .. everything is clean ordered lunch at breakfast 730 in the morning on Sat. Feb 15 .. lady and the man. Both nice fresh everything made excellent just like I wanted.. nothing but the best from this stop.. hope it remains..

I love Krystal hamburgers! Don't know why; they're just good. That having been said, I was a bit disappointed with a visit the other day. I went in for lunch. The staff was nice but didn't seem very professional. All of my hamburgers were overcooked; the meat was very over-done. The cheese on the cheese Krystals was just slopped on; half of the burgers had fallen apart in the little cartons and had to be re-assembled. Much of the cheese was unusable. All in all, not a good visit. I think next time I may choose another location.

The lady working today, 12/22/2024 at 12:34, behaved very poorly towards me. She spoke rudely and closed the window, refusing to serve me. When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she refused to provide it.
Twas a beautiful Thanksgiving meal for one. The service was Amazing! The employee provided A+ service and a pleasant greeting .

Extremely rude didn't tell us the grill was damaged till after waiting 20 minutes for 2 simple meals the guy was extremely rude and offensive using the N slur many times they should of told us before the order there ovens was damaged
They refused refunds because they was to unintelligent to use to pos to process a refund I will be calling corporate in the morning
They need to be hired there no amount of training will fix them

Me and my sister and my mom walked in there around 6-7 and it took so freaking long getting the food and ordering the food because they two ppl that were working were male and they were watching foot ball in the back laughing slowing making food, they forgot an item on our order and didn’t even know their own menu, the lady that took an order was waiting over 30 mins and she told them to forget about it because it was taking forever, nothing was stocked in the front so we had to ask for ketchup and stuff and they were rude when we were asking ab the menu I don’t recommend this place at all and would never come back here ever.
