I stopped at this Krystal on my way to a cold night shelter for the homeless to grab some food. First I had to wait 20 minutes for the food because a large order come in before us. The 3 double Krystals I got were ice cold and not edible plus I asked for no mustard and they were loaded with mustard. It was a terrible experience. No steamy bun, not melted cheese, just horrible cold Krystals đ˘. It was very disappointing because I am blessed to get Krystal once a month because they are usually 30 to 40 minutes from my home and it is something special I do because it reminds me of being a kid and going to Krystal with my dad when I was little. I lost my dad when I was young so Krystals has a special place in my heart, unfortunately it doesn't for its employees.

Muffled Opinion
I went thru the drive thru and the service was quick, and the young man who greeted me at the window was an absolute sweetheart. He was very friendly and definitely took pride in his job. I ordered the 4 cheese Krystals with fries and sweet tea. The food was excellenta as it's always been since I was a child. The price was great for the quality of food. I will definitely go back again!

I have been here at different times of the day and have been told multiple times once I get up to the drive thru that they are closed. All of the lights are on and there are people inside and the hours say 24hrs a day! This needs to be fixed

Honestly, this is outrageous. The people here are always missing something. I ordered three chili cheese fries and all I got were plain fries. This is the first bad experience Iâve had, and itâs so disappointing. They never seem to get orders right, and sometimes theyâre âclosedâ even though people are clearly inside. Really frustrating and unprofessional.

Krystal,s on university. Hair strands on burgers and fries. Went back. There were No hair nets worn and the Attitude was there doing me a favor by being there. Oops I thought there were there to provide service to patrons.

It was as not a very clean building inside. It smelled dirty and the floor was slick like it had grease on it. The womens bathroom was dirty and the light was leaking water nonstop onto the floor making the floor soaking wet and slippery.
This is the second time I have came to this crystals. I gave it a second chance, but it was the same experience both times food was despicable and old customer service was old and bad like they didnât wanna be here. They did not need a job if they didnât wanna go to work, but I wonât be back so it doesnât matter.

Ordered food at 7:00pm on Krystal app. It took almost 50 minutes to cook the order. The drinks were horrible. The tater tots were burnt. It was awful!!!!
