The lady working was such a breath of fresh air compared to the usual fast food service I encounter around Jax. She was well mannered, kind, compassionate, professional, and on top of her job... 5 Stars for her all day.
Last night once again the food was horrible and service was terrible this store needs to get under new management or close down what a shame because I love Krystal I'll keep going just to demand a change and keep posting updated no changes

Waste of time. Went at 6:30pm on a Thursday. They literally let me sit there for 10 minutes just to tell me that they’re only accepting cash. It was obvious that people there didn’t want me to order. Absolute waste of my time.

The most average place with some of the worst hours Available. Only eat here in a pinch. I like it but definitely don’t love it. This slider restaurant is hit or miss like any fast food. Quality isn’t their focus.
Roaches and flys everywhere on the serving counters! Tried to call business but they don't answer. Called the customer service line but it seems they are just going to ignore it.Edit: To the owner's response. Check you phone number as its been disconnected...

Krystal’s is a rip off. I don’t know how this chain is still in business selling chicken and burger tea size sandwiches at extra large prices but I hope they go out of business. And it wouldn’t be soon enough.

The food was barely cooked, and the service was absolutely horrible. The kid behind the counter wouldnt look me in the eyes, and might as well have thrown my food at me, since he tossed it on the counter at me. I definitely will not be going back to this Krystal...

Baymeadows Road Store Ordered the pick five ( 3 chili cheese pups & 2 corn dogs). Got home and found the the pups were on stale, day old white sandwich bread, instead of buns). Even my dog wouldn’t eat them. Called the store but they only have an automated message & do not answer. Called the customer service line (very nice individuals) twice and still have not received a call from the franchise representative.
