The general manager Paris is rude very unprofessional came and got a breakfast bowl and the bacon was not cook she refused to give me a refund talking about because it’s lunch but they do not answer their phones

If there is an option to put less than one star i would be happy to rate it for this location it's terrible and the person( was a girl )who was working this morning which was 5am this morning make it worst i will never go here just because of that person i dont know how you guys hire such an awful and rude person to deal with customers !! I think this is how you look the trust of the client when you put such people in the front line of the business,gives very bad an terrible impression.

I work alot of late shift and door dash makes it easy to get food but krystals was horrible my dasher was amazing and let me know ahead of time that he was trying to double check my order but the lady was very rude and disrespectful when I receive my order my chili cheese fries that were sposed to come with the 5 CHEESE KRYSTALS WITH CHILI CHEESE FRIES COMBO were missing my burgers were soggy and some how manged to forget to put the chicken sliders that come in the 2 CHIKS® COMBO in the bag so basically I'm missing half of my order and my burgers are soggy and they gave my dasher a hard time will not order again

I ask for no onions every single time they put onions on my burgers if it's that much of a big deal tell me you can't do it with no onions . I haven't been there in a while because of that thought I would give them another try well guess what same thing happened I'm done with the place I am a server have been for 30 years. This is truly sad that people want 15 to 20 dollars an hour to get the order wrong Everytime

This is the worst Krystal in Jacksonville It is staff that throw food at cancer patient you don't get hot food and if you complain about they will throw food at you this is at nite when no management is there and when you take it to management complain are entirely dismissed by management

Slow service took close to 20 min to 5 krystals and 3 chics due to lack of employees just like most places that used to be fast food
I placed a pickup order at 11:31 am. Went straight there and had to wait over 30 minutes to even get my order. The manager and employees yelled at each other in front of customers. The floors were sticky and the tables were dirty. Very unprofessional and will never order here again.

The food was excellent.. The young man that took our order was very professional and the lady that was also working she was also professional. Them 2 had everything running very smooth.. Our french fries and Krystal's were made fresh... I will be going back.. Thank you you both for a wonderful experience.. I wish I would of gotten there names because I would of put there names on here. But here's the date we went and the time do there manger can look on the schedule and see who I'm talking about. May 30, 2025 at 8:35pm. Thank you again
