The floors are very grease covered. You can see the filth under the machines from the front counter that nobody has moved or cleaned. Our food took over half an hour. There was only 1 person ahead of us. How is this supposed to be fast food when this place can't even handle more than 2 orders at a time on a Sunday. I recommend closing the whole thing and starting over.

I had a great experience. The service took time because they didn't have any of the food ready but when it finally arrived it was fresh and hot. It appeared they are short staffed but doing an excellent job under the circumstances.

Remember when crystals used to be the place to go after a long night of partying to get something cheap? Those days are long on my friend.Try over ten dollars for one meal. I don't even mind paying the extra money if i'm getting a commiserate amount of quality. But the fries were cold and they forgot my drink.

Service was amazing. The person at the window was extremely personable. The food was OK. Some of the things I ordered were not exactly right but they Were good. Was a little excessive. There was no one inside, and only one person in the line before me. Overall a nice visit.

We both grew up with Krystal burgers and were so excited to see this little Krystal restaurant. It was the worst fast food we’ve ever had and we were huge Crystal fans years ago. There was an issue with the customers before us and the counter person lost all interest in everyone else. She took their disordered food back and swapped it out into our bag. Not that it mattered, it was awful anyway. She’d mentioned that they’d had some problem with the soda machine and when we said the Dr Pepper didn’t taste right she just shrugged. We left the drink sitting on the counter and it didn’t bother her at all. Each of us ate less than half a Krystal and threw the rest, plus our second Krystal’s away. The fries were good. We’d never go back to this location or any other again. It was terrible.
