I SWEAR TO GOD THE KRYSTALS ON NEW KINGS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Everytime I go, the card machine is down, employees hanging with friends outside, they're out of food, there's a shift change, or they're understaffed. Corporate needs to Crack down on these MFS 😑😑😑
It's OK. 7 cars drove off because the girl taking orders is sitting in the lobby on her phone. yall are losing money because of these incompetent children.
