The young man that took my order he was 100% he made sure I had what we talked about and made sure I walked out with a smile, even though the printer wasn't printing a receipt. I checked my account and that exact amount he told me was taken out.

This store is absolutely filthy, always, but even if you overlook that? The service is abhorrent *at best* almost always. If you point out they missed a full 1/3 of your order, which will happen nearly every time, you’re going to get some serious attitude and anger from this woman, who wouldn’t give me her name but I‘m happily posting a picture of. „This isn’t my order or we‘re missing things,“ isn’t a rude statement, but she‘ll come at you all types of ways for it and then refuse to help you. Don’t waste your time or money at this one as long as she’s here.

Everything about this place sucks. As I’m sitting here in the drive thru waiting for my food. It’s been 18 min with no one else in front of me. 2 chicks and 2 cheese Krystal’s. Like come on people. If you would tell your employees to get off their phones and quit chasing each other around the cooking area like children something could possibly get done. Absolutely ridiculous. Place need to be shut down. Absolutely horrible management.
