I asked for a sack full of cheese crystals. Ketchup, only when I got home. It was fully loaded with pickles and onions and mustard. Nothing at all what I asked for. And the girls seemed like they were barely interested in the fact that anybody was there to get any food. They literally worst service i've ever gotten

I stopped here after a 12 hr shift and purchased 3 sausage biscuits. Should have unwrapped them, all three burnt. My Palatka Krystals replaced them. You should toss burnt biscuits and start over. Don't give them to customers like their nothing. I realize you only care about money and those cell phones. Maybe your phone is more important than watching the oven. By now your all over the internet. I videoed them and put them on pissed consumer. You owe me 10.61. I was tired and had driven 10 miles of the 50 home when I took out that first biscuit. Unedible burnt rock. Why would you serve that. You don't care about Krystals brand nor customers. Yall crap pure and simple.

Heyyy Krystalssss sooooo I usually complain bout errrbody service and stuff like that but yall had this one boy ion know his name but he got dreads and he look like he in his early 20s or sumin like that but he wassssss niceeeeeeeeeeeeee ummhmm he was nice and I had like 3 orders. Im finna tell yall my order I ordered 24 cheese Krystal’s and a small fry, then on the second order I had a pick 5( that was for me) then the second order I ordered 10 cheese Krystal’s and chilly cheese fries I know yall don’t care bout what I ordered but I care. But long story short he was very nice with all my orders and he smiled soooo I know yall don’t have anything to do with Wendy’s on southside but I’m snitching cuh they customer service was trashhh and they was playing sexy redd in the back instead of Chris brown andddd the man on the speaker thingy was sassy cause I asked for bbq sauce but anyways Krystal thank yall and thank the man for providing good customer service good night 🫶🏾💜love yall

Tots are gas. Burgers are hit or miss. Got 6 of them and half were cold and the other half were scorching hot. Good for when its 2am and you're drunk or high
If you want to actually eat something, do not go here. You will wait at the counter for 20 minutes for nobody to come help you. Then they will try and tell you that a special is only available after 7pm when it clearly does not say that on the sign. Left without eating. Will never go here again

I have eaten at Krystals for many years. Tonight I ate at the Baymeadows location. I had Hotdogs and Krystal burgers. The burgers were absolutely horrible with funky chemical taste. The Hotdogs had a different chili that was not good at all. I ordered 5 of each. I took two bites of 1 Hotdog and 1 burger and had yo throw them all away. There was something in the burgers that was not healthy. DO NOT EAT THERE EVER.
