This place is the worst place to eat. If you drive up and go ask to order they tell you it will take 45 minutes for your food. This has happened the last 3 times I went. Then I went in for breakfast and the lady acting like she didn't even want to be there ask what do you want? I said ma'am I would like to order and she said that I should go to Burger King!!!!! Krystal's you should be ashamed for your store on San jaun! And ashamed of the managers

Went to drive through at lunchtime. They had a sign that dait out of fries, sprite and coke. When I attempted to order they said it would be 15 minutes before they had any Krystal ready. Seriously????

Friendly staff. Krystal burgers were somewhat burnt. Also crispy and soggy at the same time. I'm not quite sure how that's possible LOL. This was the second time I have eaten there, and the burgers were the same both times

I normally love Krystal but my last visit was very mediocre. I ordered 5 krystal chiks and 3 of them had hard, dry buns. The employee at the drive-thru window looked like her soul had left her and she was dead inside. Three stars is probably generous for having been served dry chicken patties on crunchy buns by an obviously miserable employee.

Went to the San Juan location at three different times over the last few months, even time I'm told they're closed or simply not taking anymore orders.Really don't know how they still in business. And every restaurant close 30-60 earlier than there advertised time.

Yeah don’t listen to that sign because it’s not true. Drove all the way here 15 minute drive and very let down. Manager watched us try to open the locked door and then go with the sign look back in the restaurant puzzled. Came out with an attitude didn’t have an ounce of niceness or professionalism in his voice. Will not be coming here again!

Middle of the night. All kinds of crazy customers. They were quick, professional, and the lady at the window was very pleasant.
This Krystal's location always shuts down before the time that they close. They never greet their customers. Instead they immediately inform you as soon as you pull up in the Drive-thru that there will be a thirty minute wait and they only have a single item on their vast menu: Krystal burgers. It does not take 30 minutes to cook a Krystal. It does not take 30 minutes for you to take the payment of a customer when they pull forward. I will never be coming back to this Krystal ever again.

This place consistently looks closed with all lights dimmed or the “system is down” or “15-20 minutes wait”, with only one car waiting at the window, no other cars in drive thru and empty lobby. I will not return to this location.
