Bruh i didn't even get my food I didn't even order noone answered me drove off. I was tipsy and hungry just wanted a damn 4 double Krystal's with cheese. Guess I won't be coming back. last time I ate there the overnight manager made sure to answer me even tho he was annoyed cause he was the only person there and the line was wrapped he pulled me up and made my Krystal's fresh. He apologized this was 3 years ago long dreads wit a 412 tattoo on his arm. I'm always traveling for work so I don't get a chance to be home so the one time I wanted a Krystal burger I couldn't get it sucks

Pulled up to the drive thru asked about the waffle & chicken sandwich 5 times and the young lady couldn't comprehend a simple question and put me on hold at least three times with just one car in front of me. Drove off and went to Wendy's where I ordered and had my food & drink in less than 5 minutes. Please stop hiring people who's comprehension levels are not even the standard. Remove the young lady from the drive thru immediately she does not understand basic questions about the menu. It's bad for your business to lose money to a competitor down the street just because someone can't answer basic questions.

Emanuel was incredibly kind an helpful tonight. I only had a $100 bill on me, and he was kind enough to let me go and break my bill at a grocery store down the street while they prepared my order. This is the kind of customer service that generates return customers, and I will definitely be back to this location!

My wife and I stopped by today for lunch and the young lady named Ginea was very nasty and rude. She charged us for two meals when I clearly ordered just one meal that comes with two drinks and two fries. When I asked for some condiments she rudely said that there was some in the bag and slammed the window. I have never been treated so badly in my life . If Ginea doesn’t like her job she should quit and find another one.

I ordered my food at 10:34 p.m was asked to park in a spot I finally got it at 10:56 p.m. there was only one car ahead of me that was pulled up waiting for their food. The guy that took my order was very friendly that's the reason why I gave the service a 3 star even though they took a long time. I ordered two pick fives. My krystal burgers were made to order and came out warm but my pups look old or they have been sitting under the heat light for way too long and they are hard. Very dissatisfied. If someone is waiting that long the food should be fresh.
