This location only has one person working in the entire restaurant. He’s running the drive thru the counter and making the food. It took 10 minutes for this one employee to take my order in an empty restaurant with 2 cars in the drive thru. It then took 20 minutes for him to give me my order which was wrong. The employee was great but he needs help.

It was disgusting !! I have never smelled such a horrid smell as I did when I went inside. They messed up my food and I had to go back. I'm glad I did. It made me sick to my stomach! Never go there

445am drive thru, system down until 5am. Ok I parked until 505am then went to drive thru again. System down for 10 minutes.Her name Naya she said. No manager she said. As I left 3 females in lobby, 2 asleep in corner table. Can't tell who is homeless and who is an employee

Food is always cold! Bread was stale, and meat was under cooked! And the owners will do absolutely nothing about it to make it right! Will begin calling the health department daily!!

The service here was excellent. Super friendly workers every time I went. The food was not the best, but it was cheap enough to not complain. The atmosphere could have been better, but the building wasn't in the best condition and the speaker system seemed to be on its last leg. Staying open twenty four hours a day made it a very convenient option for me

Terrible .. drive in is a mess, 3 or 4 cars waiting and just skipping orders here and there .. no body is bringing food out to waiting cars everyone is have to go in to the counter and complain after waiting 17 min for food in drive Through ... I'll go to Hardee's across the street next time .. they at least know how to run a drive through
My order was wrong. THIS is within the last 39 minutes!! I ordered 2 Krystal cheese plain and 3 regular Krystals with cheese. 2 fries well done. I got back to work with 1 cheese plain, 1 cheese regular and 3 with NO CHEESE! I received only 1 fry and paid $17. This is unacceptable. This location is NOT BUSY!!!

As long aa it took to get my food after ordering you would think the order would be correct..not. I asked for no pickles and got pickles. I asked for cheeseburgers and got burgers. The burgers were salty as though someone sprinkled salt on top of them. Besides that, they just didn't taste good.

I went through the drive through at 1am, placed my order and wasn't given a total...I was told to go to the window. Still never given a total, wich I should have asked, paid and left. Found out they over charged me. Food is absolutely not worth it So will not be back. There are to many options out there to be like that.
