The crew member Mari was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She was working both times we visited before and after our cruise. We ordered items from breakfast and lunch side of the menu. Eggs are fresh and cooked to order. Everything came out hot and fresh. There's plenty of variety on the menu.

October 24th 2025 9:30am I was waiting in the drive thru had one car in front of me and the lady taking the order was being rude to the customer The lady was trying to order a couple meals and the lady taking the order was asking her how many meals are you getting? And the customer told her how many, then the lady that was taking order got loud with the customer and the customer just drove off. I should have known to leave after I seen that happen. Then I get to the speaker box and of course the lady was very rude and had the worst attitude that lady working there should NOT be working customer service she’s not a nice person and you can tell she hates her job. I was ordering two meals that’s it she kept asking me “what did you want” her exact words then when I told her she said just pull to the window so I showed her a picture of the two meals I wanted, she got a bigger attitude because I was trying to help make it easier for her. Please be aware this Krystal’s on Dunn Ave has the worst people working there. Very unprofessional and very rude.

Just so happened to order sprite this time instead of coke and noticed there was dirt all in my drink! It also tasted like soap.

Asked for refund after horrible food. Receipt says refund in cash but I paid with a credit card. Will dispute if not fixed . Sackful was old made me feel nauseous. Had burnt onions and burgers dried on the edges. Some were wet and stale like they tried to reheat. I told cashier I would wait for fresh Krystal’s but instead she gave me trash.

Food was good but they don't follow instructions. I asked for no onions my food was loaded with them. Male employee came from outside didn't wash his hands didn't have on gloves continued to make food ... Just gross
