Doors for walk in were locked at 8:30 at night even though the sign stated they were open until 10. Yet someone was working drive through. Bugers were cold when I got them and I asked for 2 with no onions and they couldn't even get that correct. I won't go to that location again.Parking: Not a lot of spots

This is the best Krystal in Jacksonville! I always feel like family here. The young lady at the counter was so engaging! It was like old friends. She made sure to check my meal for accuracy and made me smile with a story about her kids!

Will never go here again. Guy on drive thru super rude and very bad attitude. In the middle of the board is huge breakfast promo along with lunch/dinner menu. My grandson saw it and wanted it. Guy very rudely says we are not serving breakfast. Breakfast hours clearly stated on menu. We looked and saw no breakfast times listed. There are lots of places, like Hardee's, that do breakfast all day on Sunday. We then asked where on the menu does it say that and he got a very bad attitude. We were afraid someone was going to spit in our food with this type of service so we went next door to KFC and received excellent service. I guess when you go to this Krystals you should have the menu memorized and no what items are served when especially if it is posted right in the middle of the menu board. Smh

The meat was hot and they made it just the way I like it. the strawberry soda on point. The french fries were hot. But I don't like their new fries. The have a weird coating on the fries.
