Avoid this Boba Tea spot. I ordered two drinks 1 LG 1 M and ended up getting both medium, I also ended up finding a hair in one of the drinks. It took a lot to get refunded and drinks replaced. I submitted corporate feedback and they stated it would take 2-3 days for a response, they never responded now 8 days later.

Tried to come and get some boba tea with the kids. Should have been open at noon. Its past noon and no one is here. Completely dark inside. No sign of anyone even trying to open the store. Sad.

Is it just me or has this location not been open during the posted hours lately? Did the hours change? Yesterday they were supposed to open at 12 PM, but when I showed up around 1 PM, the doors were still locked and the lights were off. I even sat in my car for about 30 minutes and saw other customers trying to get in too. I tried calling to check, and the phone rang a few times before going to voicemail. Later that day, I noticed they eventually opened but much later than scheduled. It’d be nice to know the actual hours so people don’t waste their time waiting around. The company gets 5 stars from me but this location gets two because they’re never open.

Love this place.! My kids love their bobas❤️ they’re delicious and they make them perfect every single time. Not To mention how sweet and welcoming the employees are. 10/10 service👌🏼

I went to this kung fu tea because my daughter had a day at school where they dress up for what they wanna be when they grow up. My daughter wants to work at a Boba shop. I asked if I could get a cup just for her outfit. The worker offered to seal it for me, gave me a straw, and even gave me a Barbie straw topper. That is customer service and because of that I plan to return again and again for our boba fix.
I did really love this place, they have amazing variety and the boba is always fresh. The reason for the bad review is I placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up. The lady accused me of being someone that I don’t even know. When I walked in she said “can I ask you a question?” The she shoved a paper in my face with somebody’s name on it. Granted I couldn’t really read the paper because she put it so close in my face but I did see the name.
I don’t know what happened with the person she accused me of being or being involved with. I can only assume the person must’ve gotten into a physical and/or other serious altercation with an employee there or maybe they caught her stealing and pursued criminal charges and don’t want her to come back. I truly do not know. What I do know is I was blasted in front of other people, told not to come back and accused of doing something I truly have no knowledge of.
I really wanted to cry, it would’ve been different if I had actually done something wrong but I’ve never committed any crimes before in my life. I’m also not gay and the worker said I was involved with the woman she accused me of knowing/being. It was a really weird and confusing situation to be in. Hopefully others will have better luck than me.
