We were never informed did the chicken Menudo had to be cooked when we got home. It was frozen. We brought everything home thinking we could eat right away and we had to cook instead not happy.

Any of the mango, pandan cakes are great. The food even though i'm asian it wasn't to my palette. I think the lumpia is ok. Just my taste but i don't like ube cake. 👍

My mom and I visited this location after seeing a TikTok video raving about it. We came in and got a few bakery items. Two ladies were at the register talking about orders and looking at their phone. It took about a minute before they acknowledged us and asked if we were ready. My mom ordered a small coffee to go. The lady said she’d get our coffee. Four other customers came in line after us. She went ahead and took their orders at the register first before my mom complained to her. Why does it take 10 minutes to pour a cup of coffee in a to-go cup, when it should’ve taken seconds? Customer service was poor. The 10/20 dated bakery items we tried on 10/24 were stale and without flavor. The overall atmosphere was uninviting. Would not recommend.

This was my first time visiting Kusina and they did not fail. The staff was friendly. The service was good. I ordered beef lumpia, beef empanada and tapsilog. Everything was delicious! I will definitely go back!
