Walked in with no greeting... went to bar to do a Togo order and was never helped or acknowledged. I asked the white guy at the bar was he working the bar and he said no and totally ignored me to get help... I was waiting about 20min at least...Another worker came over to him and they were joking about drinking on the job, so I said to the white guy that was already behind the bar, Is there no one working here? He then said I will go get them... so he left and never came back... I waited another 10min and then left to go next door to Panera Bread which was fast and excellent service! I will never recommend going to this location! :(

I've come to this location for years the service and atmosphere are usually consistent and on point. My only thing is that I wish the food had more flavor I've been to plenty of mexican restaurants and some dishes hit, others just don't. There were 2 for 1 original Margarita specials. Everyone ordered different meals but it seemed to me that they enjoyed it. I ordered a combo with the two tacos and the rice and beans, which is usually my go to. I usually get steak(carne asada), but today I opted for 1 chicken (tinga) and 1 ground beef.

I ordered an appetizer of nachos, some guacamole and a $21 plate with a chicken breast and beans and rice. They charged me $1.99 to add grilled onions and they were 15 minutes past their longer quoted time on the phone.

We came in at 19:05 on Friday night on December 5th. We left at 19:30 after NEVER being seen by a waiter not even once! Absolutely shameful.

Sat there for 15 minutes tonight. We were served chips and salsa and nothing else. No acknowledgement, NOTHING. Watched at least 5 servers pass our table with not even a glance. Never again.

I arrived starving. I left stuffed.

I examinamed the menu with a fine tooth comb. Those 12$ combos of burritos, tacos, enchiladas, chillies etc caught my attention. Getting three items for 12$ I assumed they would be on the smaller side (think taco Bell size). My plate arrived piled higher than I ever imagined and I was amazed by the value. The burrito I got was a real burrito size, not the size of a taco. Everything tasted great and my 32oz miller tasted like the fountain of youth.

Music was an appropriate volume and the game was on. 10/10
