This is Alvaro’s wife ? This is our favorite place! My husband is from Mexico and it’s the only place we know that reminds him of home. I’m pregnant and obsessed with the birria tacos ? wish we could go more often. Trust me it’s wonderful. When I’m not pregnant the palomas with the red stuff on the rim and carne asada tacos are my favorite! So grateful there’s a place next to our house that reminds my husband of home. And when I’m pregnant I crave his home food.

Got the order wrong. We ordered pick up they stiffed us on the order( one enchilada instead of two, forgot the side plate for basic fajita order). Food was alright all in all mediocre.

I wished this LA Nopalera would be better than the one in Filming Island but it was not. The salsa was watered down. The service was slow and the food had no flavor. Our server brought us one drink and never asked if we wanted a refill. The bad thing is it was not busy at all.

The food was delivered quickly and was quite tasty. Someone left a used cleaning cloth in the booth I was seated in (mistakes happen). It was promptly removed once I brought it to my server's attention.
Beef was pretty much raw on taco. I like my beef pretty pink normally but it was way to raw even for me.

My family and I went yesterday. We waited almost 30 minutes before my mom had to ask someone if they could find out waiter before we could even be spoken to. Multiple people walked by us numerous times during this 30 minutes and saw we didn’t have drinks and still didn’t think to ask us if our waiter has came by yet, instead they decided to drink their Starbucks at a table right behind us and chit chat. People that got there after us got their food before us because no one decided to greet us. If you’re going to seat people at a table then you should be able to greet them as well. Our server didn’t have an apron on, wrote our order down on a napkin that was sitting at our table so we don’t even think he was suppose to be our initial server. He checked on us twice. Food was okay, service was absolutely terrible. My mom and gma went one time in the past before yesterday and said service was bad during that visit to. So obviously this is a trend for you guys. Next time don’t worry so much about sippin on your Starbucks and gossiping and instead greet your tables.

It's been three times that the same thing has happened in this restaurant, sometimes I order to go and the Tortillas are almost always cold. Today I ordered Quesabirrias and they send them to me without cheese, cold tortillas and a little bit of carde. It's a pittance. What they put with meat. Bad service.

Margarita was amazing, very good salsa with a little heat, only minus was the meat was just a little bland on tacos, flautas, and birria taco. But the birria sauce and the homemade hot sauce helped quite a bit. I just recommend a little more loving on the seasoning. I'd also l Iike to add that their rice and refried beans were perfectly seasoned.

Not all La Nopalera's are equal. This one is much better than the other locations I have been to. Food was tasty, and the service was good, considering we were there on a Saturday night during dinner rush.
