I got charged 31$ for a Mexican salad with chicken on top they charged a whole other meal because I added chicken to my salad and said there was nothing they can do! Bad business!

I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at La Napolera in Oakleaf. The service was unbelievably poor and the manager, JOSE, made the entire situation worse instead of better. He was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional when I tried to address the issue. The food came out cold and tasted stale, and when I politely brought it to their attention, I was met with attitude rather than any attempt to fix it.
To make things worse, the toppings they served lettuce, diced tomato, and onion looked old and unappetizing. The entire mix was sitting in a pool of watery liquid that made it look spoiled and disgusting (photo attached). No restaurant should be serving food that looks like this.
For a restaurant that depends on customer loyalty, this kind of management is unacceptable. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a place I was paying to eat. I’ll never return, and I strongly recommend that others think twice before spending their money here until they learn how to treat customers with basic respect and serve fresh food.

My sister had the chicken bowl. I had a bean taco salad. Food was good as was the service. Reasonably priced. A few of the upholstered booth seats were ripped but the restaurant was clean.

I ordered shrimp diabla and a chile relleno. The shrimp was good but the relleno was weird. It was a slice of chile over what looked like ground beef and gravy with the whole thing then being absolutely covered in mozzarella cheese. Idk what that was supposed to be but it was wasn’t a chile relleno.

I love the one on Kingsley I will not return to this one this one was like maybe maybe not and they didn’t care I want at least three drinks alcoholic drinks I felt lucky to get two. I don’t need to work this hard to try and eat and drink. But yall don’t care there two to replace me right some day that will stop

Very disappointing experience at La Nopalera. The food was completely flavorless, and even the basics—like the tortilla chips—were served cold. We had to repeatedly ask for additional chips and sauce, and the service overall was nit very good. The meals lacked any seasoning or taste, and nothing we ordered met our expectations. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
