This is the best Ethiopian food in Jacksonville Fl the atmosphere is amazing the owners are wonderful, attentive, caring with great customer service. I will definitely visit again.

It was a random stop for me and my daughter and we were pleasantly surprised as it was our first time. We had kitfo and Gomen besega and it was delicious and very personable service. We will definitely come back. Thank you Mr Assefa , you were very kind.

My parents and I shared a veggie sampler and it was all so delicious! We enjoyed some honey wine afterwards too. Super friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. It smelled amazing inside too, of course! 🧡 We had fun imagining we were in Ethiopia.

This place is a MUST if you’re in Jacksonville. It’s a wonderful, family owned restaurant and the food is so fresh and perfectly spiced. I had never had Ethiopian food before coming here and I was so blown away - some of the best food I’ve had here and with impeccable flavor. I recommend the vegan plate, which was my favorite. I also got the kifto, which was so good. 10/10 we will be coming back!

delicious food super authentic. I ordered the beef tips nice and cozy space with a lot of Ethiopian culture surrounding and an outdoor space.
Don’t forget to try the Ethiopian beer taste delicious light fresh and crisp like a lager.

What a hidden gem! Very kind family owned restaurant! The restaurant is beautiful! The walls and decorations. There's plenty of seating and the food was delicious and very authentic! Highly recommend trying if you've never had Ethiopian food before.

I was first introduced to Ethiopian food by my cousin mom but unfortunately we live in different states and every so often I get a craving. Since moving here this place been my first spot to try. I had the Vegan plates. It’s good, I wish they had one of the veggies or sauce spicy. The couples seem super nice and the husband love teaching about his country. I definitely recommend them.

I’m only giving this place a one star rating because the hours are wrong on Google. It’s Sunday September 21st and the hours say that they close at 9pm today. My husband and I drove 2 hours from Savannah GA to come eat here (silly us we should have called) but I trusted the Google hours. I’m very frustrated because I really looked forward to coming here. Please change the hours to correct times on Google. This is crazy!

Definitely worth the drive!! I came in the restaurant this evening with my daughter. The owners were very friendly. The restaurant is extremely clean and peaceful. The food was absolutely amazing!!! It was full of flavor and a very generous portion. We will certainly be going back.

We had a family birthday dinner here. The owners were so helpful with choosing dishes to share and drinks to try. They explained how each one was prepared, and were very attentive during the meal. The food was absolutely delicious and it was reasonably priced. We all left commenting what a great choice it was. The homemade honey wine and cheese were a beautiful touch. It's so nice to find a family run, authentic restaurant in Jax.
