The lady working is absolutely amazing but why is she always working by herself. Besides she probably needs a huge raise. Whoever owns this place better start hiring!! 12:30 on a Saturday only one person in the building is ridiculous!!!

I ordered a DoorDash and my driver Erica said she picked up the order and didn't. After she drove around for a half hour she text me that she was on the way to the store. I cancelled my order to which DoorDash refused to refund me. Thankfully when I called the store to explain Shelby answered with the utmost professionalism. She let me know my order was in the store and went above and beyond my expectations in making sure I was satisfied after having my husband drop what he was doing and drive up there to receive my food. As promised Shelby made my sandwich the best I've had from there yet. Thank you So much Shelby for turning this horrid experience around for me. I will be back and a forever client and I hope the company can see a future career in Shelby after the way she handled my experience. This is what makes a business thrive!
This is my first time at this current location. I enjoy eating at Larry’s giant subs. The gentleman and the Young lady working there. We’re extremely friendly, and the service was absolutely amazing. I usually get a different sandwich, but I was curious About THE BIG ONE so I ordered a large and a regular for me and my son. Just in the words THE BIG ONE alone I would think that it would be a lot more than what it was. Over $25 for two sandwiches is not that big of a deal if, they are good sandwiches. Quality of food and service is absolutely amazing. I just think portions are awful slim especially if you’re paying that price and something is advertised as THE BIG ONE. I ordered the Italian BIG ONE for both sandwiches and was not impressed at all. By all means swing by and check it out for yourself. Maybe it was just an off day I’m not sure.
