I ordered a DoorDash and my driver Erica said she picked up the order and didn't. After she drove around for a half hour she text me that she was on the way to the store. I cancelled my order to which DoorDash refused to refund me. Thankfully when I called the store to explain Shelby answered with the utmost professionalism. She let me know my order was in the store and went above and beyond my expectations in making sure I was satisfied after having my husband drop what he was doing and drive up there to receive my food. As promised Shelby made my sandwich the best I've had from there yet. Thank you So much Shelby for turning this horrid experience around for me. I will be back and a forever client and I hope the company can see a future career in Shelby after the way she handled my experience. This is what makes a business thrive!

This is my first time at this current location. I enjoy eating at Larry’s giant subs. The gentleman and the Young lady working there. We’re extremely friendly, and the service was absolutely amazing. I usually get a different sandwich, but I was curious About THE BIG ONE so I ordered a large and a regular for me and my son. Just in the words THE BIG ONE alone I would think that it would be a lot more than what it was. Over $25 for two sandwiches is not that big of a deal if, they are good sandwiches. Quality of food and service is absolutely amazing. I just think portions are awful slim especially if you’re paying that price and something is advertised as THE BIG ONE. I ordered the Italian BIG ONE for both sandwiches and was not impressed at all. By all means swing by and check it out for yourself. Maybe it was just an off day I’m not sure.

Restaurants often overlook the fact that food isn't the only thing people want when they spend their money dining out. the people working the establishment and the ambiance matter almost as much. would you buy a $100 steak at a McDonald's? exactly. this location is in an older building with a ton of charm. the workers are courteous and just overall nice people. and... they were cleaning when we came in, not on their phones. wow. I just noticed that the guy preparing the food also has a beard-net, +10 respect! on to the food. as expected, but seems better based on the above points. 10/10 would eat here again.

Larry’s Giant Subs OF SALAD ?Dont waste your money at this place. Ordered 2 sandwiches that came filled with pickles tomatoes onions lettuce and Two thin slices of meat and no cheese on a melt…. Wth where they melting?! Second sandwich GRILLED CHICKEN to them is a slice of chicken sandwich meat on the grill with a fancy antibiotic free description and a hefty price for bread and fillers. I would have rather spent my money and apetit at WAWA then this place. $50 bucks and still hungry. SMH!

I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and wanted to give a local spot a shot,paid extra for mushrooms (which were forgotten) and a canned soda Ordered thru postmates For the quality, portion compared to the price I won't ever come back Jersey mikes or subway would suffice They're have been good reviews on yelp so I was excited but to no avail

Haven't been to Larry's in years and must say it was good. Nice little spot in 5 points. Had a Kong Sub which was delicious reasonable price and very clean area. we did happen to get a good parking spot
