Second time I've ordered in a month and both times order was wrong. The first time ordered 4 subs and 3 were wrong. This time only ordered one and it was wrong. Wrong toppings missing toppings. Asked if I wanted to drive back up there to get missing items. What kind of BS is that. Their excuse both times was they had a lot of new hires. Shabby service worse management

I keep trying to give this location a chance and it disappoints every time. Not sure if the order taker failed or the order preparer, but my food was definitely not what I ordered. They served me a Cuban without pickle or mustard. ??? Also tried to send me on my way without my drink. And the tea is not good - watery. Paid $15 for something that isn’t worth $5.

We were in town and decided to stop in for dinner. Parker, the young man who was working greeted us and was so friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable. He made sure we had everything and was so nice. The restaurant was super clean! The team was awesome too!!! Please give them kudos for a job well done!!

Walked into Larry's on Roosevelt first time in 2 month. Found out The Blue Eye Devil was let go. As always Cheryl smiled and stopped what she was doing to help. To the GM MAX thanks for letting the Blue Eye Devil and Keeping Cheryl. Max trust me u did not lose anything when the Blue Eye Devil gone. SHOUT OUT TO CHERYL AND MAX

I miss the old building but the subs were exactly as good as I remember. The new place feels too commercial.
I've passed by this location several times. I noticed that they tore down the older building and replaced it right next door in a more modern building with a drive thru. I decided to use the drive thru for this visit. Upon pulling up to the menu the cashier/employee seemed rushed or frazzled. I placed my order and proceeded to the second window. The wait was that long. I was given the cookies first. The cookies were delicious. I had a 1/2 dozen. Chocolate chip, cheesecake, and double chocolate. The cookies were soft and baked perfectly. Now for the main event. I ordered the meatball sub. Ugh, I regret it Everytime I think about it. The flavor was missing in action. The sauce didn't really adhere to the meatballs and I'm not sure why anyone thought it would be a good idea to put foil wrapping paper directly on cheese. Although I'm not sure the cheese would have made a difference. Let's just say unless I'm in the mood for a good cookie and happen to be nearby, that will be the only way I stop here again.

I came here for the first time, wanting to try a good sub. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Cheryl. When i tell you her customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I haven’t ran into such a nice, helpful & just all around genuine person working in a restaurant like this in a longgggggg time! We need more people like Ms Cheryl! I will DEFINITELY be back to THIS location just for the customer service i received that day! She was too sweet & helpful.. and the sub she made was AMAZING! Chefs kiss! 10/10 recommended
