Worst customer service in Jacksonville. Every other location is friendly and welcoming not this location. They seem to not care about your time or experience.

Good location. Staff was friendly, decor was catchy and photo worthy. Sandwich was excellent.

Wow, I have never been spoken to so rudely in my entire life at a restaurant. Calling this place a restaurant is generous. Where do you hire your workers from? The prison downtown?Here's the story:I ordered 11 subs and 6 chocolate chip cookies. After checking the bag to ensure everything was there, I left and returned to my office to enjoy my lunch with those who ordered within our work group. After finishing our sandwiches, someone pointed out that Larry's had forgotten the cookies. I personally went back to the same location, Beach Blvd & St. Johns Bluff. When I finally got to the counter, I mentioned that they had forgotten the cookies I paid for in my online order. The oldest staff member behind the counter replied snarkily, "You should have checked the bag." However, as I previously stated, I did check the bag. There was a brown bag inside the larger group order bags that felt and weighed like it had cookies in it. This turned out to be pickle spears, which weren't even ordered. I responded, "What audacity you have. Maybe you should learn to follow directions and do your job correctly because I did check the bag before leaving." As I was leaving, the same gentleman said, "Have a great day," with an insincere tone and attitude.If you want good customer service and a company that owns up to their mistakes in addition to great tasting subs, go to Publix or Firehouse where you are treated like a valued customer. I will never be going back to Larry's, and if I do, it certainly won't be to this location.Reading many of the reviews, I see I am not the only one who has had a negative experience with the customer service here. It seems to be an ongoing problem over the last few years based on the timeline of comments. It's time to fire the staff and hire people who actually care about the customers who keep the lights on at the end of the day. This place is a joke.

Empty dining area. Very friendly staff. Lots of variety. Seems that most food is pre-ordered and picked up. There are plenty of fountain drinks to choose from, and the bathroom is around the corner so you can drink to your hearts content.

Ordered a large egg salad sub for $12.62 and the egg salad was sour. It had gone bad yet they were still serving it to customers. I brought it back and they did make me a different sandwich, but this is insane and nobody should be served old eggs. Hopefully I don’t get sick but if I do there will be issues. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
