This is the second time that my food is super SALTY. It’s sad but I’m not giving it another chance.
Also overpriced for the small portion that we received.

I used to order from this place all the time through door dash and recently they ALWAYS forget something on my order, today once again they forgot something on my order and when I called them and they did nothing, I had to contact door dash, I tried calling the store back… and they BLOCKED MY NUNBER…. Idk what kind of establishment they are running that this point very unprofessional!

All I wanna say is whoever you guys have answering the phone should find a new job, or something else maybe behind the scenes to do… bc customer service is NOT in her nature or character. EXTREMELY rude for absolutely no reason. I called she spoke Spanish, I said “hello I just placed an order with you guys” …. Silence. I was giving her a second to maybe pull the order up, or say okay what’s going on… she says “Okay finish your sentence” …. Number one, ew. You’re rude ashell. Then I stated I put a note in my order, she stops me, “Yes we see your note. That you want skin with your meal. You put it in capital letters we seen it. Thanks have a good day” and hangs up the phone. If I didn’t put the order in through door dash I would of instantly cancelled it. After I got hung up on, I instantly ran to the comments to read exactly what I expected…. YOU GUYS ARE RUDE, and the reviews are also giving mixed … the food isn’t even up to par enough for ya’ll to be conducting and trying to run a business in this manner. I don’t appreciate being spoken to like that when all I was doing was giving your business money. I will definitely make sure that when anyone asks me about good Spanish spots down here, you guys will NEVER be mentioned.

Mind you this pernil is dry and bland as all hell. No flavor, seasoning taste… nothing. HEAVY ON THE WASTE OF MY MONEY.

Food was not flavorful, especially the pernil. Kids meals were okay. The chicken for the kids meal is 1 chicken leg and side.. guess we thought it be a grilled boneless breast. The chicken chunks (chicharron de pollo) seemed like they got heated on a flat top and tasted like the burnt stuff on a fry pan. I will say the rice and beans was really good

Customer service was good.
Waited an hour for the food and the Food was trash!
Sadly Jacksonville has some sub par Spanish food and this place is no different.
1.As you can see the little corner of pernil they gave.
2. Now if you have ever eaten chicarrón de pollo it does not look like this. Also, it was not cooked fully.
3. Pork chops smelled like fish! Which means they either cooked them in the same oil or they were spoiled.
4. Tostones also smelled like fish and were disgusting.
Don’t bother it’s not worth it!

My husband is Puerto Rican. We're together for 13 years. This is by far the BEST PUERTO RICAN RESTAURANT we've eaten at. We've eaten in the Chicago/Indiana area and the Jacksonville FL areas. The fried pork was moist, tender and flavorful. The rice and gandules were amazing. Our daughter wiped out her chicken, rice and beans kids meal; and she's extremely picky. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LATIN CREATIONS AND WILL BE BACK!!!🙂

Yesterday I was here for lunch, and I have to say the food was truly authentic, the service was amazing and, by far for what I got for the price was worth it! If you are looking for some authentic PuertoRican food this is the place to go! Thank you for the outstanding service and the wonderful food!
