Excellent authentic and delicious food. Outside view is unassuming but inside is lively and a culinary treat! The secret is out, Latin House Grill is fantastic!

I went to pick up an order I had placed through door dash. The waitress that came to address me informed me “it’s a scam, we don’t do business with door dash” and walked away. Without giving me an option to dine in or re-order, I stood there staring at her while she resumed her giggling conversation with 2 others. I attempted to get her attention and she simply ignored me. I had already cancelled the door dash order, which wasn’t a problem, I simply did not understand why she walked away to resume a conversation and chose to ignore me. I requested the manager and the manager tried explaining the door dash issue. I politely replied I’m not upset about the door dash, I will call them, my issue here is how I was treated by your employee. The manager continued to explain the door dash issue, again I reminded her I’m not upset about that. I’m upset about the way I was treated. No apology from the sassy employee. The picture is her taking a seating customer’s order after I spoke to the manager and requested a seat myself.
