I ordered KIEW WAN for takeaway on 12 April at around 9:00 pm. I had heard a lot about this place but was supremely dissapointed with the food. I ordered the spice level to be a 4( 5 being the spiciest) but could not taste the heat. The food was bland and did not have authentic thai flavorsand was bland. For this price range neither the quality and quantity are justified. Maybe it was the weekend rush that affected it, but who knows. I have had much better thai in Jax area.

This was the best Thai food I have had in Jacksonville. The server was awesome. The restaurant is nicely decorated. Prices are a little high, but food portions are generous. Overall, this is a great place and I will definitely go back.

I visited here with my 2 sons on 4/6. We were immediately seated and the hostess poured water for us and told us our server would be with us shortly. It was not that busy and there were a number of servers on the floor. The problem is no one of them came over our table to wait on us. We waited patently and even saw someone whe appeared to be a manager point our way yet still no one even acknowledged we were in the building. After about 15 minutes of waiting it was apparent we were not going to be waited on so we left. If you are thinking about eating here, don't. Life is too short to put with this lack of service and there are many other restaurants that will be more attentive to you.

It looks like a quality restaurant, but the staff screwed it up. No one knows about each other, you can wait for hours for food. They use poor quality food and cheap ingredients. When they first greet you at the door, you already feel that you shouldn't be there. The strange behavior of the blonde girl who greets you is disturbing

This was our first time to Lemongrass Thai Bistro. I had been wanting to go for a while.We had the Bangin' Shrimp and egg rolls as appetizers. Both were fantastic. We both enjoyed the Pad Thai with chicken for dinner. Spice level at a 3. Truly an exceptional meal. Good quality food. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained.The bar area is nicely lit and trendy.We will certainly go back.Wheelchair accessibility: Right by the front door.

The lemon grass chicken is very tasteless and there was no lemon grass at all, the waiter said it was marinated but the meat was so tough, they had no substitute or anything for the food so I just gave it all to my poor husband to eat the whole thing so we won’t waste money, this place has good ambiance and the curry wasn’t bad it just had more vegetable than meat and it in a really small bowl, the food was not really worth the price for the morsel they serve on your plate and the quality was bad especially the chicken, it seemed like it was frozen and just put on the grill and served, it was tasteless and bland wont be coming back or recommending the place

The Krab rangoon and Penang Curry was very tasty. I was hoping to get the Eggplant dish but they had removed it from the menu.
