Lettuce Eat 1 is a family owned restaurant offering a great All You Can Eat soup and salad buffet. The salad bar is excellent, filled with very fresh ingredients and any toppings you could want. The soups are made fresh and delicious daily, with excellent options like Broccoli Cheddar, Chicken Noodle, Sausage and Cabbage, and the phenomenal Mama’s chicken soup. The cabbage sausage soup is also the bomb. The experience is very pleasant, with a welcoming staff that is super friendly and gives great service. The place is very clean.

They also have hot dogs and sausage dogs, including a promo deal with juicy hotdogs on a soft bun. Home-made desserts like strawberry shortcake and cookies, including a sugar and macadamia cookie, are available. The restaurant is not fancy-looking but provides comforting, warm food made with love, giving a "home with mama" kind of feeling. It is a great restaurant with an excellent price, located near the Hyatt Regency. There is free parking only half a block away. The overall experience is topnotch and highly recommended.
