Lillian’s has earned my business back. After avoiding them for several months due to poor experiences in the past today was great. Thursday night booth in the bar area. Evan was everything I look for in a server. Prompt,attentive and friendly. My fried shrimp dinner was hot and delicious and my wife enjoyed her wings. We’ll be back

We Went to Lillian’s for many years before this experience and I have to say it has gone downhill the past few years the waiter was nice but kinda slow. My dad’s burger was like a hockey puck and it was very expensive . Will never eat here again. Very sad to see it has gotten this way 😢

Our waiter, Evan L, was fantastic. He was poised and polite the entire time.

The issue was the bartender. We ordered two drinks: a beer and a screwdriver. We had to wait at least 15 minutes to get our drinks and the bartender was not busy. She had plenty of time to chat with friends and hug on customers. Evan came back to our table a few times to apologize for the wait.

We immediately ordered a second beer and after 30 minutes we never received it.

It was disappointing that a simple beer order took that long. Again, our waiter Evan was great.

The carpet needs to be replaced as it stinks and is dirty. The food is okay but not great. The staff are always stressed and struggling as they don't have enough staff during peak times.

I have friends that come here and mentioned how good the food was so I wanted to finally give it a try. Went by myself to have a couple of drinks and dinner, so I sat at the bar. Asked if they had a drink menu that showed any drink specials which they didn’t have. I just asked for a water and a couple of minutes to figure out what I wanted. Sat there for 15/20 minutes while she offered other patrons that came in after me drinks and a dinner menu. None of the tables were occupied, only the bar at the time I got there. I got the vibe that she cared more about the regulars and finally just left after being ignored and went to the Brick instead. I’m pretty disappointed.

Maybe coming on Friday night was a mistake. Only seats were in the back room. So loud you couldn't talk. Had to go to the bar for drinks and order because never got a waitress to help us

This is a frequent stop. If you haven’t been, you’re most definitely missing out. Absolutely love this place!!
