No one came to our table, so we had to let the waitress know we were there. The place is somewhat run down and has an old musty smell. I got a Mahi sandwich and my husband got garlic parm wings. My sandwich and fries were good. Hubby's wings had no flavor. They sprinkle some shredded parm on the wings..it falls off. Our waitress was really sweet at first, except for when she asked if he liked the wings...he just said they were ok...she got an attitude! Bathrooms are gross too. We won't be back.

The vibe was great and the food was delicious. I tried the wings and they had a variety to choose from. Customer service was good. I'm going back again.Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant with a game room and menu

This establishment has the potential to be a great neighborhood sports bar. And it is sometimes. But the service is nonexistent on certain nights. I believe the problem is kitchen management, but it reflects on everyone. Also there must be 25 TV’s but they are in the domain of a bartender who can’t figure out the remote and walks around the restaurant all night. I live one mile away and this would be my go-to, but it’s just too frustrating.

Tonight, I ordered the Southern BBQ Burger with grilled onions and grilled peppers. I opted for no mushrooms. The burger came with mushrooms anyway but that's not my biggest complaint. You would think that a burger called Southern BBQ Burger would have some flavor or seasoning. It tasted like mushrooms and water. The employees were nice, and the establishment looked great.

I have been coming to Lillian's for a long time, and have never written this review because I keep giving them chances. The food is really great (except the water tastes horrible) which is what has kept me coming, but the service is just so terrible. The waitresses are all really nice (talkative) people, but they are so so so forgetful and so so slow, even on slower nights. I hope they train their staff better or find out a new system to make it more efficient.

Food was delayed because so many people were there for Trivia night. I would avoid Mondays and Wednesdays unless you want to play trivia or bingo - or just go early. Food was good!

Just picked up a TOGO. I've always loved the clam chowder but this chowder was so salty and full of cheese I couldn't eat it. The potatoes was the same too much cheese. I was very disappointed.

I placed my to go order for one burger and fifteen wings at 802pm at the bar. It took one hour+. It’s a regular Tuesday night. No big game, parking lot empty. I just wanted to bring home food so my wife didn’t have to cook. Honestly just unacceptable for such a small order on a slow night. At least warn me how long it’s going to take.
