Okay, so... The jams are good. But good luck getting any. I wish I *never* tasted their jam, AT ALL. I found this company at an event in Jacksonville, their home location. And that was in August. From August until today, January 25th I've searched for this company again. I've gone to their website and they list a plethora of stores that their products are located in and I've been to every single store on that list twice and nobody sells that product at all. I'll repeat, no one SELLS her product. It's one thing to be sold out of the product, it's something completely different for stores to NOT EVEN have baecodes, labels or even a spot of the shelf for the LBBBG or even *heard* of the brand. There are mixed reviews about ordering the jams online. A lot of people say they don't get their orders so I would have preferred getting it in person. Per their Instagram account, they go to the Riverside Arts Market here in Jacksonville. I've been to the Riverside Arts Market two weekends in a row (in the freezing cold) and they were not there. Which wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't a post on Instagram from them that said that they would be. I ended up sending them a message on Facebook and she finally answered. Said that she wasn't there this weekend it would be there next weekend which is today. Was not there today. I sent a FB message because that was the *only* time I was a lento get a hold of her last week. Did not answer any Facebook messages after that one time last week. Does not answer text messages. Does not answer Instagram messages. Does not respond to the 'contact us' email on her own website. I'm.... I'm done. The times I did go to the Riverside Arts Market and they weren't there I did end up going to Deb's corner store because on this company's Instagram it showed that they have products there as well. They had one product on the shelf and even when I asked the owner about it they completely forgot they even had this company's Jam or even did business with them. So much so that I had to find it for them on their own shelves and the only reason why I knew where it was located was because it was on Instagram. The owners at Deb's Corner Store told me that next saturday, today, they would have had a new shipment in from this company and lo and behold they did not, which I was not at all surprised about. Even they said they don't know where she's located. I'm done. The jam is good, but if you can't get your hands on it there is no point. I am better off making my own jam from a recipe online to simulate the taste of this company's product and messing up a few times before perfecting it, than I am actually finding this company again. It's been 6 months. So I will say: I do not recommend. The only reason why this got one star was because the product itself tasted good. But as far as getting your hands on it, the customer service, the communication, no. Don't waste your time or your gas trying to drive all over town. Find somebody else.

The product pictured isn't even the one I wanted. I only got this because it was the only one I could find and I didn't want to feel like I wasted my time not once but twice. I wanted to at least leave with something.

I ordered a 6-month subscription as a gift a year ago. I received four months of this subscription in twelve months! It is like pulling teeth trying to get your order from this company. I am still owed two months of jellies (6 jars!) never sent. The company promises to ship and doesn’t . Their jellies taste great. Their order fulfillment is awful. A refund is due for non-fulfillment.

Crystal is ripping people off! How many people have ordered her monthly subscription and have yet to receive their full order??? Messages and requests from customers, asking to get what they pay for go ignored until you get nasty. ORDERS ARE CONSTANTLY DELAYED OR NOT SENT AT ALL YET YOU HAVE THEIR MONEY. I will not support anyone that collaborates with this business, birds of a feather....

What a treat! Seriously! This young lady knows how to bake and makes a heck of a good tasting jam. Can’t wait to try more of her stuff for sure. She is at the Riverside Arts Market every week and worth checking out. We tried the chocolate chip, the sprinkle white chocolate chip and the chocolate chip toffee. She teased me with a red velvet cookie but that will be my next adventure. Her loquat cinnamon jam was so tasty and I may eat it by the spoonful! My friend at Summa Salts turned me on to her with her post as they provided the fresh loquats (when ripe these are super sweet and have an apricot, plum and cherry flavor) for this jam. I am a fan!

I am appalled at the service I have received through his company. My mother and I purchased their jam of the month club that was supposed to run for three months. We purchased a box for my mom, her sister, and two of her friends. 4 boxes in total. They all received the first box but that was it. This was back in October. Since then we have reached out to the company repeatedly via phone, email, and FB. They were incredibly slow to answer if they answered at all, and only finally sent my mom her second box when she complained on their FB reviews. They never sent the other three women their second box. I also run a small e-commerce store and understand things can be missed and mistakes can be made. I have given Little Black Box Baked Goods many chances to make it right. At this point, I feel like my only option is to leave complaints publicly. DO NOT PURCHASE their subscription boxes. You will not get what you paid for.

I Got the Apple Pie Jam and the Pineapple Mango Pepper Jelly from a local Farm Market and they are amazing and will be purchasing again, apple pie is sweet and texture is creamy with small pieces of apple, pineapple mango has a nice spicy kick and they flavors are defined.

You have to try out this product! Little Black Box is locally owned and operated by some amazing people, and their product is absolutely stellar. You have to check them out!

I'm a big supporter of local businesses, my family has a big brunch once a month and it was my turn to host (always 10-20 people my family is huge). We tried the punchy monkey and bourbon vanilla - it was a bust, my kid loves biscuits and jam & wouldn't eat it. For $7 a jar it was disappointing.
