So I did an order through DoorDash on Feb 27th. Once getting the order. Was missing some items and the bread and pizza were cold and the cheese on the pizza wasn’t even fully melted and cooked. I called the number on the receipt and was assured to get a full refund. 25 days and multiple calls to the support number little Caesars used after I was given a partial refund which is unacceptable. I contacted the support team again and was assured I would be given the full refund. Well now it’s March 4th and still have not been taken care of. This is completely unacceptable to wait this long for a refund. Can someone please address this asap?

Amazing pizza. Great staff. They had my 'za done in record time. Lobby was a bit dirty, hence the 4 stars, but they were rather busy, so it's understandable.100% recommend.Parking: Very busy parking lot. Needs more lights.

Definitely will come back again, only if Katie is taking my order!
