Absolutely awful location! I have been here 3 times and have had negative experiences every time. I usually like give a few chances just in case I go in on a bad day, but no. Everyday is a bad one here. Last night, 9/13/25, I was overcharged and given the wrong order. The cashier was very unprofessional and the pizzas were over cooked to dark brown on the cheese and dry. Please turn the oven down. I really hope management can help because this is the location closest to home. I would rather drive 5 miles extra to get better pizza and service. Others were complaining while I was there waiting, too. Just awful!

I ordered pizza from this place every Friday. Most of the time I don't have a problem. I sent my brother to go pick up the food this time. They forgot the pepperoni bread and there was a bug that fell out of his food. I most definitely will not be frequenting there again. I'm terrified!

This is the third time (I know at some point it is my fault) that I have ordered pizza and they under cooked it. The part that sucks is that they refuse to repair the issue. They don't re-fire, they don't up cook, and they don't even compensate or coupon your next order. They send you on your way comfortable that they ha e given you a failed attempt at pizza.

Your pizza sauce is now very spicy it wasn't before and something then pizza dough is so thin you can't pick it up

JB the supervisor I appreciate what you did for me. My grandson have a party PPK post graduation and I call and he answer that was yesterday. I make an order and today he called me to make sure I will go to pick up. Very nice detailed that I appreciated to much. He came early to do the order. No one do this in advance. God have special people in the world to help others and Mr. JB is one of them. Thanks and God bless you

Cashier had an attitude and got my order wrong. When I went to calmly correct the issue, she argued with me. My order was a pretzel crust pizza combo, a pepperoni pizza with Italian seasoning, and two mtn dews. She brought out the pretzel crust pizza with parmesan seasoning. When I went to correct her, she argued saying I order the pretzel combo with the parmesan. I never mentioned parmesan. I could understand not including the other pizza and thinking I was referring to the pretzel crust pizza but the lack of attention to simple detail and to argue over trying to resolve the issue is infuriating.

Yet again another sub par visit. The food is good but the service is atrocious. I wish there was a 0 star option everyone here sucks and they screwed up the pizzas we ordered and the delivery was 40 minutes later than!
