We ordered a Detroit Style Hula pizza. The pizza was under cooked and there was only 1 topping on it... I mean how hard is it to make and cook a pizza correctly when that is all you do for 40 hours a week! I will never order from them again!

Went here tonight waited at drive thru at the window. I am sure the employees saw us but they did nothing to acknowledge us. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE said we will be right with you or greeted us. NOTHING!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place deserves 0 stars. The customer is not the main priority at this location. I was brushed off while trying to get help and then was lied to when I called in and asked for a manager. Wasn’t given the correct order and/or was missing food. This is unacceptable.

When I got my pizza it looks as a massacre. I don't know if these people are an extreme rush but the slices were so awkward and out of proportion. My garlic cheese bread was also heavy-handed topped with garlic and overcooked. I added two sauces and didn't get those. And I'm not sure what happened or if it was between when the driver got my food which I don't live that far the pizza look like it's been slid around. I know the driver doesn't work for you guys but I was just like amazed and how bad the pizza looked. Unfortunately today's delivery system and kids today who make pizza just aren't as good I was back in day.
Ordered 2 extra cheese, 1 extra pepperoni, and 2 sauces. Got 3 normal cheese, no sauces. Don't door dash from here. The employees are incapable of reading your order so you will have to check it yourself.

The pretzel crust cheese sauce pizza was terrible. Neither myself or my wife could get through our first slice. Did not taste anything like pizza. It went right in the trash. They could not pay me to eat that.
