I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and I wanted almost 20min for them
Guess they don't sell hot and ready pizza anymore, don't have cheese or pepperoni ready to go
Wrong order, had to return, and while returning for my wrong order, a guy came in and had to have his order remade too.

The pizzas are never ready!!! Always have to wait 10-12 minutes for them to make one. They are trying to “eliminate waste” what??? Bad business and it sounds like they are being cheap. Only go here when I have to and as a last resort. FYI- if your pizzas were ready at the drive up, then you might get more business.

Within the context of a Little Caesars, this is a 5 star location. A year or two ago I had some issues, but not enough for me to stay away. And thankfully they have improved. I have ordered maybe 8 times since then -- each being a positive experience.
Syrus R. should consider a different field because his performance in customer service is lacking. He didn’t even acknowledge my greetings, showed no enthusiasm, prepared a poorly made pizza, and didn’t fully mix the wings. He lacked the energy to take my order properly and promised it would take 10 minutes, but it took him over 25 minutes, and the pizza wasn’t even cut correctly. I drove over 35 minutes to this location because of its higher rating, but I regret the wasted gas as the service did not meet my expectations.

This is my first time going for online order that pizza was not fresh, tasted like it had been sitting there. Usually they are pretty good and I never had an issue.
