About 2 weeks ago I ordered pizza through the app, I paid and went to pick it up when it arrived, they told me that they did not receive any of my orders, they made me wait more than 45 minutes and they told me again that my order was not in the system, I left without my pizza because I couldn't open the app, which for some suspicious reason was not working at that time, the next day I checked with my bank and they actually did charge it, just in case I no longer buy through the app and much less continue buying in that store.

Came around early dinner and ordered a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. Went through the drive through and the guy at the window was great, told me 5-7 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went inside to see what was taking so long. The pizza and bread were already done and just waiting on the counter. The front counter guy was confused and explained he had just gotten there and the previous guy had left. Apparently nobody knew where the pizza was supposed to go and it was barely warm by the time I had got it. Pizza was typical, good price and decent taste but for something labeled as “Hot n Ready” it was neither hot nor ready.

??Drive through tells me wait 6 minutes for a pizza, then I wait and they give the pizza it to some ELSE. Now my kids and i have to wait 20+ minutes for a pizza because after 5 minutes they just sold my stuff to someone else and it's "my bad". ?They're giving pizzas to people in the drive through line. I'm sitting here. Unforgivable for this kinda place? Do not recommend.
The guy at the window was rude. Didn’t catch his name but he was mixed, had a beard, and an earring. He sounded very annoyed we came to order a pizza, and when he came out to give us our pizza we asked if we were still getting the Pepsi we’d paid for and very rudely said that he was getting it. Not going to come here again. Pizza was semi burnt as well.

This used to be the best location, if you want super paper thin pizza and centers of it missing this is your go to place. I only give 1 star to the cashier as he had great understanding and was very polite.
