Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered online. The 4 chz crazy puffs. I get them and they look horrible! I go inside and show it to her and she get an attitude as if my food don’t look wrong. 3 out of the 3 where basically a third of the size they are supposed to be. Come on now. Then you show me another box and they look old. Finally gonna remake my order after giving me attitude to begin with. Should have just apologized and offered to remake it to begin with.

Absolutely THE WORST customer service I’ve seen in my 54 years of existence! First they get the order wrong. I asked for extra cheese, NO SAUCE. My pizza comes out with regular portions of cheese. The manager comes up, says I wasn’t charged for extra cheese, so I had to pay $1.61 for extra cheese on the remake, ok cool no problem. NEW pizza comes out and it has extra cheese WITH SAUCE!!! I take it back and the manager starts to lecture me about wasted product and how much food they had to throw away like it’s my fault. I said why are u telling me that, YOU guys are wasting the product because YOU are making the pizzas incorrectly. She making it seem like it’s my fault and that’s exactly what I told her. So I asked for a refund. Originally, with the tip and extra cheese it was a total of $17.66 They only gave me back $16.05. Will never ever come back to this place ever again. The managers name is Shannocoria on Dunn Ave by the IGA. Straight up attitude.

Our order was delivered early...the pizza was good but two items were missing from our order....I called the store and was told they could do nothing about it....I won't order from Little Caesars again

The store is always clean. The staff were friendly. Delivery orders arrive as expected. Drivers were personable.

It’s like they purposely don’t acknowledge you in drive thru while hiding in the back on their phone. Watched several people leave because of this.

I’m not sure what has happened at this location but whoever is working here now has no desire to be here. I’ve tried coming here twice in the last week and the service is nonexistent! No one comes to the window to take your order. The drive thru line is just long with no service! Please hire people who want to work!

I called to place a pick up order about 40 minutes prior to closing i was asked to hold on the phone for a minute, I was on hold for over 12 minutes while hearing them talk in the background. I hung up and called back 2 times and never got an answer. I drove to the location and ordered in person and was told I could only get pepperoni, no other types and this was still more than 20 minutes to closing.

A $12 pizza, horrible. Finally did something about the poor staff now it bread and grissile for your money. Don't bother spending money here

The pizza was very dry and extremely stale. Like it had been sitting in the warmer for a while, and then they added toppings and put it back in the oven. It was really bad. It was so bad that we chalked it up as a loss because I don't trust the process.

Usually the food is good. If i have to wait for my food i expect it to be fresh. Didnt mind waiting 15 min but my food was not fresh. Everybody ready to go but its only a little after 9. My pizza was sliced like it was rushed. Whoever the owner is, no disrespect but would you want your mom or relative to eat not frrsh food? I think not! Get on your crew about taking pride in what they do. I should have went to popeyes and bought 5 greasy chicken sandwiches. I had to hose down the pizza cause it was dry as hell!

Never ordering from here again! I ordered through doordash and my large pizzas were burnt and almost black on top and still cold. Also was missing crazy bread and sauces I paid extra for... not to mention the large pizzas were the same size as a medium anywhere else. They were to small for the boxes they came in. Idk what's going on at this location but they need training and or new staff. Thank god I was able to get a refund.
